On May 19, 2023, I visited this 7-Eleven located 1436 Chainbridge Rd. McLean Virginia. I ordered special which advertised outside, slice of cheese pizza with a drink. The cashier told me we don’t have cheese pizza cooked. We only have pepperoni pizza. He tried to push for pepperoni pizza and I don’t eat pepperoni. I said, please make me a cheese pizza. He then asked another cashier working with him. Should I make it and finally he started to make a cheese pizza for me. What surprise me was 7-Eleven is in business to sell product and make money. But this guy was not interested in doing that. When all done, I paid for the food and noticed that he gave me two slices of cheese pizza and overcharge me by more than double and I asked him why I am not getting a promotional price. He said that’s the price, so I called customer service and complained. When I did not hear back from customer service, I ask for an update on my complaint. They told me the owner called and spoke with the customer and resolve the issue. I am the customer and I never heard back from 7Eleven and I did not speak with anyone so my complaint was escalated. And today is July 3 and I still have not heard from escalation department. I have called multiple time to inquire about my complaint. All I get from them is, your complaint is open they will call you back, but they never gave me a time or a point of contact. It appears that 7-Eleven is losing its touch with customer service.

This is my favorite 7/11, I been living in McLean for over 3 years. And never had a problem. Food always hot and fresh. Coffee hot and fresh. And staff are wonderful and helpful. Half the time they know what I want once I walk in. Great Place.

Came once for cigarettes, keep coming back for Makunda - he's easily one of the best 7-11 employees I've ever encountered in 34 years. Seriously the friendliest most helpful guy you could possibly imagine

Watch your receipts, I've caught countless employees try and charge me for extra items that I did not have in cart. They play stupid but there trying to rip people off and it's unacceptable. Please find new staff before you guys get yourselves in trouble

Trash. I went there to clean my car with THEIR vacuum and I got change to put into the machine and the machine wouldn't work and they didn't give me my $1.50 back.

Thank heaven for 7-Eleven in every sense of the word. I can't tell you how many times this place has saved my rear end whether it be from the hungry jumbly to the late night summer snack phase. I've been visiting this glory of a place countless times throughout my life and had always had a wonderful experience with each visit. The service is great, the selection is broad and the slurpees make me want to profusely thank the all mighty 7-Eleven lords up above. Totally recommend this place, check it out

Wow let's get super excited about 711, as there's more of them than people living in the United States. Just like most Americans, I need a occasional Snickers to stifle the angry beast that lurks within, and this is a place I've stopped by for. This is one of the cleanest 711 stores I've been to. It definitely lives up to the high end area of McLean. One has to wonder if the Kennedy family bought beers or nachos and cheese here. The problem I have with this 711 is the limited parking. There's just not a lot of spaces, and getting back onto Chain Bridge Rd, can be more terrifying than an amusement park ride. Then again it's McLean so it's not only the stores fault. If you're looking for basics, this is a good location for that. Other than that it's a 711 which is nothing exciting.
