Came for a return and was told they couldn’t do the return. I called ALDO customer service while in the store and had the agent on the phone speak to the female in the store to show her how to receive the return. Per the female she couldn’t unlock her register to make the return even though the customer service agent was giving her instructions. She was not customer friendly and didn’t want to do the return.

Was there last Saturday my first time and the staff was pleasantly friendly and very helpful the male worker was vibrant and welcoming… Great experience

I would give less than star if I had an option.I love also, it’s my favorite place to shop for shoes. I purchased the shoes but I didn’t like it and the store manager 3/6 at 7 pm declined to exchange because I didn’t have the box. I hadn’t wore the shoes even once. This is just ridiculous.I could have purchased shoes more expensive but I would rather shop somewhere else.

It was my first visit to this Aldo location. I bought a pair of Chelsea Boots at their Georgetown store (now closed) around 2.5 years ago and amazingly they hardly show any signs of wear so went back for another pair of their boots. The service was very friendly and efficient. I bought a pair of boots size 9 with similar soles for 180 bucks- so not cheap but if they wear as well as the other pair, then it'll be money well spent. I would not hesitate recommend this store based on my really positive experience with the sales people. Well done Aldo!

I bought a pair of sneakers on Sept 10. But a scratch or white spot appeared at the same place in both shoes. So far, online customer care has not accepted responsibility. I give customer service 0 out of 5. All use the same prepackaged answer. Too bad for a company like ALDO.

After going to two shoe stores before Aldo, it was refreshing to have attentive and friendly service. That alone earned them my business.

The cashier lady is very rude, I was having a problem and she didn’t help instead gave an attitude, I asked for the manger to help me instead and the cashier responded with “no she doesn’t need to see it.” I ended up going to another aldo location and they were very nice and helped me with what I wanted with no issues.If she doesn’t like her job she doesn’t have to work there.

This is a nice shoe store that stands out in Tysons Galeria one. There are many shoe store in Tysons, but this is one the better stores with a nice selection on men's and women's shoes when compared to the other stores. Also, the sales staff is great and helpful. The prices are comparable to other stores in this mall. The store is also centrally located which makes it easier to get to no matter where you park.

Great experience at this location. One of the male staff members his name is Heruy was so nice and attentive. I had asked another location I had visited prior to hold a pair of heels that I wanted that were in stock at the Tysons corner location. When I arrived and told him about the heels he was already aware and brought out the shoes for me quick! The heels worked out perfect! I was very satisfied with my visit at Aldo.

Hi, I don't like to leave negative review but recently I am not having any good vibes from most of the stores. may be the customer service is going down the drain. So let's take a look at this Aldo Shoes in Tyson Corner Mall. I saw a nice shoes on website and Tyson corner had in stock by Aldo.com. I attempted plenty of times to call store to make sure they have in stock before I travel 25 minutes but no one answers the phone.I got to store and waited almost 12 minutes inside store near shoes hoping some one will come up to me but no luck. so I thought of something and lean myself with shoe rack and BOOM, tall lady with tattoos came up to me and asked me not to lean, I told her this was the only way I figured to get both of your attention. There was Guy with tattoos on his hands and girl, Both were busy talking and guy was showing something on his phone. and I was the only one in the store at that point trying to get there attention.so lets move on, I showed her the shoes on my phone and she looked at the wall and said nope, we don't have it, I was surprised thats she didn't even bother looking in system, i bought couple of mask and was paying and I noticed the shoes I travelled all the way here was sitting right behind her counter. I pointed towards the wall and asked her that was exactly shoes I was looking, I am sure she felt embarrassed but I don't believe people like her and guy sitting next to her on the phone have any shame.End of story, These kind of people making company's reputation very bad , Company should act on it if they have little respect for consumers. Because of us they are making money. If I was the manager they will be fired on the spot. Good Luck Aldo
