I visited American Eagle today. If I could give him 10 stars I would. Jerry was so helpful in helping me find what I needed. He went above and beyond and spent a lot of time with me. I know that can be cumbersome with customers, but he was so patient. He was happy to assist always smiling. He is totally amazing. I’m still in awe how much time he took to find me what I needed with a smile he is totally amazing. I really can’t say enough about him!

I had an excellent experience at the store thanks to Jerry and Michaela sales assistants who truly stood out for their kindness and professionalism. They were very diligent in helping me find what I needed, answered all my questions patiently, and were always friendly and polite. It’s clear they enjoy their work and genuinely care about providing great customer service. Thank you for making my visit so pleasant.

Amy, Darla, Josh, Izzy , Zach were staler employees and helpful during my time here today what an incredible and amazing group of individuals that work at this American Eagle location I have never been more impressed or satisfied with an experience that Tysons one this is truly something absolutely remarkable. I’m so proud of everybody that works here and how helpful and accommodating they were to my needs. This is the best American Eagle experience that I’ve ever had. Thank you so much for all their hard work.

I would love to acknowledge Tonni, Zach, Josh and Melanie , Jerry for their stellar work performance and how they helped me at their store location at Tysons. Talk about incredible and amazing customer service! WOW! They helped me from the door store greeting to finding me the right sizes and getting me the correct fitting room! Get them all a raise ASAP!!!! What an incredible group of individuals and people who make AE an amazing please to shop and get help with online orders as well. I will only be coming back to this location this location only. . Special shout out to Zach and Tonni for their exceptional customer's service and dedication to American Eagle and their store brand and culture. Thanks Zach, Tonni and friends!!! I’ll be back next weekend for more shopping!!! Also the summer I turned pretty merch is absolutely amazing and iconic!!!! Love this store and all what they’re about!!! GO TYSONS AMERICAN EAGLE!!!! I had a wonderful experience in dressing rooms with Gretchen. I didn’t like the pair of shorts that I had tried on and she perfectly recommended two pairs of shorts and was the reason I ended up buying anything at all. She was so helpful and kind. Then, Zac at the register made the experience even better with funny jokes and professionalism. Will be returning because of these two!

Great jeans, super fair prices-- and honestly had the *best* time being helped by Zach, one of the managers. That man was hustling, helping like 5-10 customers simultaneously, but always had the time to check back and offer a super helpful piece of feedback or recommendation. Combo Manager, stylist, advisor! He totally made the shopping trip. Can Zach come along with me everywhere? Someone *please* give this total stranger I met today a raise. He was crushing it.

A wonderful shopping experience! I don’t think I’ve received such wonderful customer service in a store in years. Elba was amazing! She was very sweet and excited to offer suggestions for the styles I wanted to try! She even suggested different sizing for certain styles for specific fits, and she was correct! A gentleman was very kind to my husband and chatted with him while I shopped, and offered to help him find things if he needed. Such a pleasant experience!

After many hours visiting all of the higher-end shops at the Tysons mall, and trying on over 25 pairs of jeans, I walked into American Eagle as a last resort. The store was well lit, with welcoming staff and a great spacious floor plan.
After browsing, I figured it best to search for someone who knows the inventory that could help me find a tall order of items.
Victoria and I believe the manager on duty was genuinely happy to help. Most of the other stores seemed bothered by customer presence.
Her ability to style and understanding not only the brand offerings but fabrics, textures and body types was better than any of the “high-end” stores where a stylist is scheduled/matched with you.
Honestly American Eagle, you could hire Victoria for your next runway, modeling shoot or even give this wonderful stylist a bonus or raise.
After my teenager cleans out his closet we will be returning to visit Victoria for another styling session at the American Eagle in the Tysons Mall, VA. Also, I appreciate the all cotton clothing options as our home moves towards non-toxic clothing purchases this year.

Zach was AMAZING. I took my twelve-year-old jeans-shopping for the first time, and she’s trying to figure out what fits her and what looks cool and trendy-but-classic. And Zach was like her shopping BFF. He got her opinions, he (subtly) checked in with me, he guided her (gently, while still getting her opinion) if something didn’t look great, and he encouraged her to listen to her gut when she felt she looked good in something. He scoured the clearance racks to find the colors she was looking for, and he asked her about her style goals and found clothes to match it. My daughter left feeling happy and confident, and I left feeling like we’d gotten some great deals on staple pieces. Great job, Zach. As he said, he really had our back! :)
