Nmita Doak is an amazing stylist at this location! She was very knowledgeable of the different collections, sizings, and color coordination. She also had ebullient energy and was very delightful to work with. I appreciate her assistance in helping me find foundational office attire that I feel confident in!

My daughter was looking for an outfit for her first job interview. We had the great fortune of meeting sales associate Nmita Doak. Highly knowledgeable, professional, and a warm personality. We didn't realize until days later that my daughter forgot her favorite shorts on site in the rush to make her interview. Miss Nmita was there for us and had put them aside; she even remembered my daughter by name! She got the job and her shorts, thanks to Miss Nmita and her tasteful style and thoughtfulness. Thank you💖

Monica helped us with a receipt issue that we had from a purchase made yesterday. We were also helped by Anjali yesterday, who helped with finding the styles I needed. Both Monica and Anjali were STELLAR, and made the shopping experience feel first class!! Will definitely be back.

I love Ann Taylor the clothes are good quality and fit me like a glove. But I usually avoid shopping in person because the workers can hover too much. I had the best shopping experience with rep Nmita - she was so FUN! She helped me find items I would’ve walked by and she rly cares about customers looking and feeling good.

My best Ann Taylor experience ever!! This store is so improved with Megan, the new store manager. Her personal touch and the fact that she went the extra mile to find a couple of outfits for me was great and much appreciated. I’ll definitely return soon for some more shopping.

I visited over the weekend in hopes of leaving with a new blazer. I was quickly greeted and assisted by an associate named Priscilla, who could not have been more helpful. She brought in suggestion items and outfits for me in the dressing room, all while greeting and assisting other customers trying on items as well. She and her associates were attentive, caring, and truly made an effort to make sure I had a positive experience! Priscilla exhibited small business/mom & pop store behavior at a corporation located in a mall, which I was not expecting, but deeply appreciated. Safe to say I left with a new business wardrobe and helpful suggestions on how to style each piece!

I just went to this store to return an item. When I bought this item, the associate told me that I could return it. But now that I went to return it for store credit, the manager told me that you cannot return the final sale items according to the reciept. I read the recipe and it was written that items qith prices ending with .44, .77 and .88 could not be returned. But the price of item that I bought ended with .99. I showed this to her and she started yelling at me saying that no it cannot be returned whatsoever. She just didn't want to retun the item and sell for the new lower price. The main problem that I had was that how rude and unprofessional she was. The way that she yelled at me just to shut me up because I was telling her the truth made her mad!!! I love Ann Taylor but will never shop from this store anymore

Horrible costumer service! Zero star if I could. Did an in person purchase in their store, and paid cash, tried to return it the next day, and instead of fully refund me in cash, they just gave me a gift card. And even though I had my receipt stating paid in cash, and the purchase was in good condition, they just couldn’t process my refund the same way as the payment method!
The cheapest store I have seen, they take your money and never return it!
Terrible experience!

Never thought I'd be insulted by a clothing store associate, but there's a first time for everything, I guess. I stepped out of the dressing room to ask a friend about a dress I was trying on and an employee gave me an enthusiastic "NO. No, no, noooooo". She was smiling, so I thought she was kidding and I was waiting for a "sike, buy it" so I laughed along... but she was serious. I literally said, "oh... you're not kidding", and she replied "do you want honesty? Or?". She pointed out the areas that looked unflattering and was not polite about it. I didn't even ask her for her input?? I had a feeling I needed to go a size up, but being told rudely in a dressing room full of people that my belly was too big for the dress was awful. Another associate tried helping out and brought me another dress, but at that point I had changed back into street clothes and left the store in tears. I don't know her name, but she was an older woman with white/grey hair and wore a lot of mascara. Never coming back to this location again.

Since I had rewards expiring soon, I decided to check out Ann Taylor at Tyson's Corner. When I entered, I was greeted by staff, who were ready to help me find whatever I needed. Since it was my first time in the store, I told them I wanted to browse the store. I ended up getting a stylish Faux Suede Moto Sweater Jacket and saving $74.75! I wanted to save an additional $20 but had issues applying for their credit card due to a system error.

What’s with the costumer service in this store? I’ve work for the brand before and is disappointing to see people not being passionate about the brand or even their work. Had helped from staff on the floor, (maybe manager?) checking out was a different vibe, (awkward silence when I approach as if they were talking about me) was told twice that it was final sale and she even wrote it on my receipt, didn’t ask if I had an Ann Taylor credit card (which I do, opted not to use it) was she having a bad day? ? Maybe, but don’t come to work if that’s the case. As s cashier you’re the last contact the costumer has, and you I want to make them come back. Will not be returning to this particular location.
