Brand new Apple location in the Tysons Corner mall. Still does not change the fat that Apple would not own up to their own design flaw that causes my 2021 MacBook Pro 16 inch screen to stop working! Wanted me to spend close to 1000 dollars to replace a screen on a 2 year old laptop that costed over 3000 dollars when it was new! (If you do get an Apple product, make sure you get apple care as you will need it!)

Dropped my phone on tile and it appeared to knock the battery out of place, causing my phone to power down repeatedly and show low battery. Apple refused the repair, stating other things may need to be replaced on the diagnostic that likely would exceed the cost of the device. They would not even attempt to just change out the battery to see if it would fix it, instead telling me I would need to get a new phone. I dealt with multiple people and was unable to get them to even attempt the swap. Went to a local third party Apple certified repair shop who literally just popped the battery in and out of place and completely fixed the problem for 30$. Didn’t even need a new battery. Make sure to always get a second opinion!Will say the staff was nice- they seem to be instructed by Apple to not repair certain things, especially if you don’t have Apple care.

I went to have an iphone 14 pro max warranty issue fixed, there was nobody that greated me when I walked in and after standing for 20 minutes I went to the genius bar and there were 3 reps at that station and only taking care of one customer only, they did see me but they ignored me and after sitting there and being ignored for another 10 to 15 minutes I walked around and I finally got a hold of a young lady and she finally was able to take care of me and put me on the list and told me to wait again for 30 more minutes until a technician finally took care of me. He told me to leave my phone and pick it up the next day at 11am; so the next day I was there at 11am and they told me the phone wasn't ready yet and I had to wait another hour by the time I received my phone it was 12:30pm.Apple being the biggest company in the world needs to have a better system to take care of their customers and products at the retail and tech support side.I know nobody at apple cares about this complaint but I just wanted to share my bad experience with apple.

World's first apple store, unfortunately the world's worst apple store as well.Staff weren't knowledgeable about product offering and unable to help me. They packed my order wrong after purchasing, and mocked me for owning an android phone when I was purchasing a device from them
