Michael was absolutely amazing. He was incredibly helpful and very professional. He was very patient with me and helped me through my trade-in as well as adjust my bill so that it wasn't as high as it has been. His customer service and professionalism were stellar!! When I added the line,, customer service was so great. when I came back to return the trade-in phone. No one wanted to attend me. There was two guys who were helping one customer that happened to be a girl. I tried getting one of their attentions and one of the Indian guys was extremely rude and with a very rude tone of voice told me that they were busy.

Absolutely the worst experience with AT&T.
I just came from another carrier, few days ago and after I became an AT&T client, my phone doesn’t receive call and massage so I tried to solve in this store (the same that did my carrier change and messed up everything) and they can’t fix the issue, they just send you in circles or tell you to “call corporate.” I was present while someone else was trying to resolve a problem with an iPhone she bought directly from AT&T, and they still refused to take responsibility. They don’t care about helping customers or owning up to their mistakes. Completely unacceptable. Stay away.

Nabil provided EXCELLENT service at the Tysons Corner store! He answered my many questions with patience and expertise. He was genuine, friendly, helpful and efficient. I upgraded my iPhone, purchased an Apple Watch, phone cover and screen protector. Will definitely return and request him for future purchases.

Update: I am very disappointed with my experience. The only positive aspect of AT&T was Nabil. On June 10th, I went to this store and signed the agreement to join the family plan and was promised a trade-in to get a new phone, which was supposed to arrive by June 25. I broke with my previous carrier after this. AT&T told me they had to reschedule it for July 5-12, and today, July 12th, they updated my order again, saying it will arrive July 18-25. I'm not sure if they won't reschedule it for a fourth or fifth time. I stopped by the store once to follow up, and they told me AT&T might not have the phone. I know this is not the store's fault, but they should not trade in (sell) a phone when they do not have it.

This review is for Mr. Nabil (Bill). He is one of the most helpful, professional, and trustworthy people I’ve ever worked with. He has been my go-to person for the last 10 years and I highly recommend him to all my family and friends. He is so patient and has helped me set up plans over the years as well as troubleshoot any problems with skill and expertise. Try to work with Mr. Nabil if possible, you will not be disappointed.
