My wife and I went in on Saturday 2/10/24 so she could look at options for upgrading her Iphone 11. We were greeted by Omar, who over the next 30 mins was extremely shady and personified the typical 1990's used car salesman vibe. Instead of being helpful and listening to the customers wants, all he did was try to push a bunch of upgrades to the latest model phones, then tried twice to push my wife into an Apple watch. That was followed by pushing getting a case and screen protector. When my wife said she didn't need either, he kept going and insinuated someone would need to 'install' a screen protector. (It's a sticker on top of the phone, not a car transmission!) He then tried to take advantage of my wife by quoting a price that was almost double what the AT&T website says for the same phone. We were also told that it is mandatory to include the upgrade after 18 months option, which after reading on the website, is not mandatory and a $6 a month option.I really hope he, and others at this store haven't taken advantage of too many customers that aren't as suspecting as we are!

Be aware before you sign up or provide any details. The sales person doesn’t explain u the exact details of the deals. Specially the trade-in amount etc. If u provide the details, they will create an account and if u walk out from the store refusing to accept the deal. They will general bill under your name plus they will send threatening email of sending the report to credit unions if bill not paid.Then u literally have to bang your head requesting to all these ppl( salesman to customer service) y the bill was generated? when we did not take the deal or service from at&t. I had to spend HOURS to explain over n over 3-4 times what has happened. Literally begging to cancel the bill. All this pain because of the salesman being not fair upfront with deals details.

Daniel at AT&T Tyson’s was amazing and so honorable with me. I purchased a MagSafe battery from the AT&T store in Tysons, it did not work correctly after only one week. Being from out of town I tried three other AT&T stores to fix the problem. Everyone sent me away. But Daniel actually listened to my problems and even agreed to send a replacement battery! AT&T should know I have a business account with you and he is the reason I will stay with AT&T. Well done Daniel!

I worked for ATT and I know that there’s always phones on the stores if online it says you can pick it up! But if you go buy it at the store they WILL say “No” if you are NOT buying line or allowing them to change your plan, that’s what happen today to me. Once I said “do not change my plan” surprise, he didn’t have a phone and wanted me to go to Apple, didn’t care about losing a sale” typical att.

Nabil Sidhom is the best, ever. I was in the verge of leaving AT&T after being a customer for around 15 years: there was a repeated mess up on my online orders. He not only fixed the problems but also made a good offer and I added extra lines.
