I submitted an inquiry through the Balenciaga website, and within an hour or two, Bernard reached out to confirm that the item I was looking for was available and even placed it on hold for me. When I arrived at the Tysons store, the team greeted me and offered water upon entry. The entire process was efficient , I was in and out in about 10 minutes. Everyone was friendly and professional. I highly recommend visiting Balenciaga at Tysons if you’re looking for a smooth and courteous shopping experience.

7/14/25 was very excited to shop as I have a new job. Went here bc I saw some nice things online and I didn’t want to wait for shipping. Was completely ignored by staff, damn near treated like a bum. Will not be returning to this location. Matter fact, will not be supporting this designer anymore. 20 thumbs down.

Great staff! Everyone was friendly and welcoming. I’m from NY and not to throw shade on where I’m from, but this location was much more, how do you say, enjoyable. Even though they didn’t have the Xpander shoes in stock, they suggested I try the Rubber Bouncer style on, because the upper was shaped in the same fashion as the Xpander’s. They were right and I was able to order my pair with the right knowledge in sizing. A+
