Rushing for Christmas gifts and thought of Bally. Bally has known for good leather quality and the prices for every piece is reasonable enough. They have 50% off on selected items for men & women. Look for Edward he’s an excellent guy when it comes to customer service. Always go beyond the expectations when it comes to client. Store is organized and clean. You won’t regret the quality and they’re tested. We love this store and Edward.

I just had the most WONDERFUL experience with Edward in the Tysons Galleria Bally store. I called in to make a purchase over the phone and Edward was so helpful and kind. He made it extremely easy to make the purchase & surprise my husband at the same time!! Edward- you have a new customer for life! Thank you for all your help!!! You were simply AMAZING! I came into this store looking for a belt to buy. The men who assisted me in my browsing of the store were very helpful, attentive and genuinely nice. Once I settled on a belt, I was brought a San Pellegrino while I waited for them to measure and cut the belt. Overall a very nice experience, especially in a place like Tyson's Galleria where the average person is, to put it nicely, snooty. A lot of times it feels like people are constantly pressuring you to buy something in this place, when you only want to look around and have fun. In Bally, everyone was super laid back and didn't push anything in my face. Will come here again.

I took my Bally shoes to be resoled and informed they only use Bally parts (as expected). When I returned for my shoes were resoled the wrong color (brown instead of black), wrong thickness of the sole (way too thick for the vintage), my shoes were scuffed and cut on the shoe body leather (where they attached the sole), The sole was sown on and you could see the stitching on the bottom (not how a Bally finished shoe should look or looked originally). Was informed when I received the shoes they were Bally "bought" parts. Associate refunded my money for the resoling and said she would speak to her manager about further reconciliation for damaging the shoes. (As expected good associate customer service.) However, the manager indicated they would only provide a 20% discount for a new pair of shoes purchased at their store and not anywhere else. Their attempt to reconcile is worthless to me because the shoes which were damaged were vintage and practically irreplaceable. (Poor willingness to reconcile for the management.)
