The size I needed wasn’t available in-store, so the sales rep offered to order it online and ship it to my home. I agreed since the estimated delivery date was before an event I needed the item for. It’s now been three weeks—no update, no delivery, and I no longer need the item.
This is the second time this has happened. Very frustrating. I won’t be ordering online from Banana again.

I had a fantastic experience at Banana Republic thanks to the exceptional service from the store associate. I was looking for a suit and the agent went above and beyond—helping me find the right fit, offering patient and thoughtful suggestions, and taking the time to make sure I felt confident in my choice. To top it off, they helped me unlock a great discount by guiding me through getting the Banana Republic card. It made the whole experience feel seamless, personal, and rewarding. Big thanks for making shopping not just easy, but actually enjoyable!

Be wary of ordering clothes here! It’s 15+ days and counting that I haven’t received a dress I was suppose to wear at a wedding. When I initially ordered the dress the representative assured me it would take 4-7 days to receive the order, and I was ecstatic until the dress never came. The representative was also very rude and arrogant. When I called customer service they offered me 10 dollars of discount…on a 300 dollar dress…

Amazing experience. We stumbled into BR looking for a men's dress shirt. We met Philip, a stylist, by happy accident. He was very experienced, knew just what we needed, and we ended up purchasing his recommendations -- shirts and pants for a special occasion. Since then, we've both been styled by Philip for other events, and sent friends and family to be styled, due to the care and attention he gave us. Other employees were just as nice and attentive, guaranteeing an amazing customer service and our loyalty.

The new store is beautiful but the quality of the clothing is terrible. Expensive sweaters are ruined after 1 wear and wash and the management doesn’t do anything about it. I’ll take my business back to Nordstrom’s.

No doubt, the nicest Banana Republic I've been in. Check out these cool Portuguese penny loafers! I'd buy a pair but apparently they don't have it in men's sizes (13) only smaller boys sizes

Although the 1st floor location is temporary, I liked the layout and the clothes were beautiful, appear to be back to the classic BR style I remember from years ago. I just wish that the rep didn’t hover or pretend to fold every item of clothes next to me while I was shopping around the store, it makes good shoppers feel like criminals- or pressured to buy something. As I was leaving, the manager was rly kind and down to earth, less pressuring. I’ll go back sometime when the store has more customers so I don’t feel targeted.

Somewhat friendly staff but theres a specific staff who will constantly suggest you open a BR credit card. Even when politely saying no he will keep on pushing. Very uncomfortable and unprofessional
