This place is located on the second level of Tysons mall. They get extremely busy with people stopping in, so if you want some attention definitely book an appointment. We set up an appointment to look for engagement rings. The shop had a nice atmosphere. There were tons of mirrors and the lighting was great! There was a decent amount of ring styles and inventory options to try on in store. This was very important to me as I am a visual person. They sell both natural and lab grown diamonds. The items in store are just for display. Once you decide on your ring they can customize/order it for you. The prices were fairly competitive. They also have a GIA Certificate they can give you. My favorite part of ring shopping here was the customer service!! Nikki assisted us and she was so helpful. I felt truly cared about I also love that she gave me little tips from a woman's perspective. For example, how to choose my ring size so that it's comfortable but not overly snug because my finger may swell throughout the day or if we plan on having kids in the near future. She was also super patient and even assisted with taking picture so I can get a feel for how the ring looked on me. Overall, I love this shop and I highly recommend it. Tips: You can save money if you buy your ring in Delaware (tax free) If you buy your ring in store you get 15% off Book an appointment in advance rather than walking in. They'll reach out and ask for your cut preference so you're ready to go upon arrival. They'll do a finger measurement in store

Blue Nile claims to offer a lifetime warranty on their jewelry if it is defective. They absolutely will not and do not stand behind their products and make excuses for poorly made jewelry. I will never buy from them again!

Excellent customer service from Lisa Holbrook at this showroom. She was knowledgeable, thoughtful, easy to work with, and very thorough. Didn't know about Blue Nile's physical showrooms before, but am now a believer. If you come to this location, ask for Lisa.

Absolutely loved our experience at Blue Nile. From looking at rings prior to our engagement to my husband ordering my ring, we had a 5 star experience. When looking at rings they were super accommodating especially because I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted. They were pulling up different diamonds on their screen and actually took the time to explain to us the different cuts, color, and clarity. Since my fingers are so small they even helped me figure out what size carat would look best on me and helped me with the sizing of my band as well as the setting/prongs. Since getting our rings, my husband has cracked his once. They were amazing and immediately took it back and fixed it for us. I will say it's cracked again and I'll need to go back but it's common with the ring we got him (Matte Hammered Comfort Fit Wedding Ring In Black Tungsten Carbide (8mm)). I love how their products come with a lifetime guarantee product warrant. Our whole experience was quick but also fun. It wasn't nerve wrecking at all and they gave my now husband some great advice for when it came time for him to order one. They truly made us feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Will definitely be back soon to add some more pieces to my collection. Maybe an early 30th birthday present to myself!

Me and my girlfriend started the journey of looking for engagement rings and had an engagement ring consultation lead by Lisa! It was absolutely phenomenal! She is professional, experienced, honest, and very helpful in explaining rings, cuts, types, and all! I and my fiancé had unpleasant experience at here. We were about an hour late to appointment but still visit in the operation time and just want to look around the designs of engagement rings, no need for long consultation. And asian woman showed us the rings without any respect for customer. She looked upset, didn’t make any recommendations and just stood still. It was obviously not a customer service what we expected when we decide to go spend thousands of dollars.

Professional, amazing company. We have been with them for 22 years. after 20 years of marriage, sent engagement ring off to be sized, checked and cleaned. Was back on my hand in less than a week.

Wow, just wow.These are salespeople. They are hired to sell a product.We have been in this store multiple times. Help is just awful.This past Sunday we went in to buy a 3-carat 3-stone ring. The salesperson could not answer one question. It was like pulling teeth. The lack of knowledge of their product was clear.The lack of knowledge of selling was pretty clear.Management seriously please train your staff.Simple1. know your products2. offer suggestions3. Be polite4. Actually do your job ie speak to customers when they come in, like hi my name is .....I am going to contact their corporate offices this location needs training.

This location has some of the friendliest and patient staff. I recently purchased an engagement ring and the saleswoman, Linda was great at assisting me. The prices are unbeatable in my opinion and the options are amazing!

I should have stuck to purchasing online and read the reviews before taking time out to see the rings in store. Not only is the selection limited but the customer services leaves much to be desired. There is no expectation that a person working in customer service has to be pleasant but to be flat out rude, agitated and make the customer feel like a nuisance by trying on rings is beyond explanation. Left feeling disappointed, and thought it was just me until my partner expressed much of the same- mentioning the woman's attitude. Avoid this location if possible - sad to see based on prior reviews (yelp) not much has changed in a number of years.

Lisa Williams helped us a ton. She took her time with us as we reviewed the options in the store, explained the factors in great depth, and really made us felt listened to. We came here to try on wedding bands as it is difficult to decide what will look right over the internet. Overall the experience was okay, but the amount of options they had to try on was very limited. Also, the saleswoman told me that my engagement ring looked filthy.…(it is not from Blue Nile so I couldn’t get it cleaned there nor was I trying to). I thought it was incredibly rude for her to say that, it made me worried that my fiancé would think I let the ring get dirty because I don’t care about it, when that is not the case at all. I don’t think it looks that dirty but I felt very self conscious about after her comments.

The jewelry bent and disfigured and blue Nile will not help with replacement or repair. It can't be worn, so it's just an expensive dust collector. Very disappointed in the customer service encountered through interactions with blue Nile. Unapologetic entitled people who do not seem to care whether they provide good quality-anything. I don't recommend this company.

Prior to getting engaged, I looked at rings from James Allen, Zales, Jared and Blue Nile. I immediately fell in love with the rings at Blue Nile. My fiancé proposed with the ring I fell in love with from Blue Nile. I am absolutely love it! I get lots of compliments on it. I highly recommend Blue Nile.

The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about diamonds. I made an appointment and was seen on time without any issues. Also, despite the shipping woes as a result of the pandemic the staff worked to overnight my wedding ring at no additional cost. For those who are new to jewelry I highly recommend stopping by with any questions.
