From the minute I walked the staff was so friendly and kind with me. Everyone had great positive energy and enthusiasm. Koroush was my sales advisor today. He was very positive, encouraging, and really helped explain the different styles and cuts for shirts and pants. He was very patient with me and gave me great feedback. Will definitely be returning for future shopping.

Had a great fitting experience with Antonio when looking for a suit on a short turn around before an event. We were able to work thru multiple fits and styles in store before getting a 2-day shipment done. Great military discount too.

I just went with my husband to buy a few things for a work trip and was blown away by the incredible service. They had him trying different sizes, styles, etc. and ended up with several great picks! The team was friendly, knowledgeable, and so accommodating. We will definitely be back and recommending this store to everyone!

Exceptional customer service, personal service!!! The salesman went above and beyond with offering different sizes, different lengths, different fits, and ultimately found clothes that actually fit (very well). I was surprised to find out that they have many more colors and patterns available than what you see when walking past. Great prices, Highly recommended, and I will definitely be back.

The in-store service was amazing - Marc couldn't have been more helpful - but my experience with Bonobos has been pretty terrible since I left the store.
When my order arrived, two of the items I had defects. I also decided I did not like the color of another item I ordered and figured I should exchange it for something else since I had to process a return anyway. I saw in my order confirmation that they had instructions to contact them if any items were defective or damaged. I followed the instructions and then proceeded to get responses from 3 different representatives that offered some cut and paste apologies without offering any actual assistance. They also informed me that I couldn't exchange an item for a different color and that the quantity discount I received wouldn't be honored for a new item. I expressed my frustration with the inconvenience, quality of clothes, and having paid for expedited shipping, and the next response was to send me a link to their return policy. I then pointed out they didn't address my other concerns and then they offered to provide expedited shipping for any new items I purchased. At that point I just decided to return that particular item for a refund instead of getting an exchange. I just wish I could return more of the clothes because I'm disappointed with the quality but I already removed the tags on the other items so it's too late.
Just know you're rolling the dice if you shop here because you're going to be out of luck with their terrible online customer service, iffy quality and restrictive return policy.

Will S. did a great job of fitting me, taking me through all of the various clothing options, and then helping me make the best choices based on my style preferences and fit. The team also went above and beyond by helping me figure out how to get my clothes to my conference destination as fast as possible!

Really don’t know too much about men’s fashion but Rahim was helpful and patient. He got me dialed in on the fit for a pair of pants and getting it delivered to my house. Store was clean and everyone else there was also super kind. Happy to come back and shop here!
