My experience in Breakaway Fitness gym was life-changing. I was about 124 KG with a drinking problem and zero stamina to hold more than 10 minutes of working out. The instructors were very patient and never made me feel bad about what I have put myself into. With time they became more than instructors in my life. They became family and friends, giving me fitness advice and personal advice. Three months into training with them, my drinking problem slowly decreased and my stamina increased. They have been my friends and family because they understood that I’m a shy person and just can be awkward. After 2 years of training with them, I can successfully say that I am 85 KG now which means I lost 39 KG! Literally equivalent to a human being! I used to wear an XXL sometimes XXXL now I fit in a fricking Medium. They made me enjoy going to the gym and exercising. Joining Breakaway is not just joining a gym, it’s being a part of a family. I never expected myself to make friends, but SURPRISE I ended up with four friends! All I can say is I feel that I have unlocked the way to the best version of myself!

Nice gym with all the equipment that you need. Not necessarily the biggest. It could get a bit interesting if 10 to 12 people are working out at the same time.

My 12 and 14 year old kids and I are doing a weekly personal training session here. We are having a great time and learning a lot! We have worked with several trainers and they are all knowledgeable, give you a great workout, and help you work towards your goals! And my kids coaches have commented that they see both of them improving their speed and strength since we started going to Breakaway!

Been to a lot of "specialty" gyms and this one is fantastic. Super friendly staff, can tell they know what they're doing, and it has great equipment for both regular exercise as well as heavier lifting (oly/powerlifting)

Only me and 1 other guy in there (Sunday afternoon 9/12/21)9/17/21 update: finally met the owners (Jeff and christa)...... they're pretty damn nice. After being here for a week this is an AWESOME gym!!! Its never crowded and it has all the quipment you need. Im also a member of la fitness and this gym is on par with the la fitness signature ones (except they charge you an extra $9 to get into those ones even if you already have a membership at the regular ones). I like it here alot.....

Best gym I’ve ever trained at. Extremely friendly staff and community with an unmatched arsenal of equipment. This is honestly the best kept secret of the Tyson’s area and I feel their come up to be known as the best gym in the area is inevitable!
