I have never left a review before, but this experience really rubbed me the wrong way. I came to get shirts for work and had to practically beg one of the two staff that were there for help. Mind you, the store was completely empty. After the gentleman working finally came over to help, he gave me a shirt to try on and disappeared. Will not be going back. The entire time, I felt judged and disrespected. Will not go back.

My custom suit came back from China so bad it was like measurements were not even taken. I was re-measured and assured that that three weeks I waited the first time would only take 2 weeks. Well another three weeks. The store manager took control and tracked my delivery and called me on his day off. I appreciated the efforts but for a suit that cost this much the process was un-acceptable. Next time I will go to Nordstrom no more BB

I made a huge error in preparing for a trip and was in a huge pinch. My wife and I went in on a Sunday at 5 pm. Shadi's expertise and calm demeanor made this stressful situation an ease. It has been years since I needed to purchase from Brooks Brothers, but now they are going to be the first place I visit when I need new clothing. If you go into the McLean store, please ask for Shadi. You will not be disappointed.

Nick did a great job helping me pick out some clothes. Very knowledgeable and helpful.
I appreciated him not being pushy with sales and more focused on making sure I bought something that looked good.

Brooks brothers open a brand new location on the bottom level in Tyson’s corner mall. I wasn’t greeted and the two people standing I’m sure were managers. I asked for assistance and pretty much didn’t get no response. They all have bad attitude, I left the store with a bad experience. They don’t bother to further help or build client relationships.

I don’t normally leave reviews but I have to this time as this may be the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I went to the store to exchange a defective shirt for my husband per BB’s headquarter customer service’s instruction. The staff I talked at the store was not accommodating at all and was rude in general. If you want to spend your hard earned money and get scolded for asking for something you deserve, this is the place to go.

I had an incredible experience at this location in spire of seeing many negative reviews. Please don’t let those affect your decision to come here. I was greeted immediately when I came into the store. I knew that I wanted to get two suits and Bisera helped me find exactly what I was looking for in both size and color. They were out of stock of my size in one color so Bisera immediately put in an order which arrived within just a couple days. The alterations process was outstanding and incredibly efficient. Lan was so kind and attentive to my needs. She went above and beyond to ensure that the suit was a perfect fit and took extra steps in alteration that I know for a fact took a lot of extra time for the same amount of money, but she did not hesitate to offer. She was also extremely efficient and i had my garments back well ahead of the promised by date. She deserves serious recognition for her excellent work and customer service. Thank you to Bisera, Lan, and the whole Brooks Brothers team!

I needed a new pair of Chino's and was extremely pleased with the help and customer service I got from Summer, when I went shopping on 12/02/2024. She helped me finding my size, the right fit - listened to my concerns and advised me about color. I felt extremely well taken care off and will return. No pushy sales. Just great professionalism. Thank you Summer for your help.

This is the worst store I have ever been. Looking at the history of bad reviews listed, I guess it is a normal practice to discriminate agains Asians like me.
Treated us like thieves rather than customers. We were given the *instruction* that you only need to try one color to confirm size but should not try on the same cloth style for color pick. Also when I tried to purchase a pair of socks and handed over to the sales person, he grabbed away and almost swiped the socks to my face. I would only apologize to myself that my feet ever touch the ground of this store again.

This review is specifically for my rep Sean. I can tell you this is the guy you want to ask for when you want a suit. He’s patient, very knowledgeable , and I can tell you for a fact that he cares about his clients and he’s honest.
I went to get some alterations done on a couple suits I got from this location and when going over the changes it felt like I had an ally guiding me through instead of a rep who just wanted to move on to the next client.
I’m very thankful to Sean and his attentiveness.
5 stars to him for sure!
