This review is for the customer service and employees and not the store itself. Every time I place an order it is for curbside pick up, I usually go into my email and select on the way. every time I select I’ve arrived there has never been one time where an employee brings my Order to the car as promised . I always have to go inside the store and as I went in there today, several employees were chatting away. No one was paying attention to incoming orders. One sales associate says they are not notified of any curbside pick up orders, if that is the case, what is the point of having curbside pick up as an option?

The SERVICE HERE IS TERRIBLE. I purchased a 58K Tesla in 8 minutes with all electronic paperwork signed, but purchasing two plates here took 17 minutes. Arrogant cocky staff, not so good for an overpriced furniture store. Never returning to this location again!

CB2 has good design but the SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. Ordered a bed and CB2 botched delivery four separate times over the course of five weeks. They wasted so much of my time. CB2’s delivery company would never give enough notice for me to reserve the freight elevator in my apartment building. And CB2 is incapable of directing its delivery company to serve customers. Incompetence all around. Unbelievable. Never doing business with CB2 again.

Elizabeth in Tyson’s provided guidance in a friendly way that will keep us coming back. We were not expecting that level of care, service, or knowledge within our first five minutes in the store after agonizing over whether we wanted table, counter, or bar level surfaces and the style of chairs for our selection. Amazing! Strongly recommend.

I was working in the area last week and visited this location. I recently purchased a sofa online that is on backorder. I went in to shop for dining and accent chairs. The customer service at this location was not good. There were approximately 5 associates working. One person said hello and that was it. No can I help you. There was one couple being assisted. If I could I would give this location 0 stars. This is the second time I have been in a CB2 location. The Philly store was my first. The customer service as well as the associates were anazing. This was a disappointment. I will order my chairs online.

We spent thousands of dollars on a couch here. It's a lovely design. And the material is complete garbage. This company sells gimmicks. Be careful what you buy. The quality control doesn't exist.

Called in the store and spoke with the manager. Todd was able to help us through a complicated order with multiple items that some were available now and some on back order. He was able to offer in-store pick up for the items on back order to prevent incurring additional shipping costs. Super attentive and helpful. We have been shopping here for past 5 years and always a great experience .

We stepped in to CB2 today because we saw many tables online that we loved, and wanted to try and see in person. The store manager seemed to avoid us and made us feel very unwelcome. At one point it seems as though he managed to check in on everyone except for us. When we were at the front desk to ask a question, he was unfriendly to us and friendly to everyone else. It was very disappointing to be treated like that.However, I would love to give a shout out to Patricia, who helped us choose a dining table that matched our vision and was extremely kind and helpful.

Hello! To say the least, the customer service is terrible, we bought a counter bar chairs and a buffet in January. They changed the delivery date to March, April, May, June and now July. They say that they tried to deliver the chairs separately on two occasions and they never called us or rang the doorbell of the building. We have contacted the store manager and they treat you worse than if you owe them the furniture. They don't give you any explanation, they don't try to solve or give you explanations. Of course we ask for our money back. I don't recommend buying at CB2 at all.

Store is fine but wrong address. The store is located next to yard house at Tyson’s galleria. The listed location will route you to founding farmers.

I ordered a couple items from CB2 in December 2022. One item was a stock item and another item was a custom item. ETA was May 2023, but we were told by the sales associate usually 6-8 weeks. Now it is March and we are closing on a new home and still no status on the custom item. Went to CB2 to see if we could swap out the custom item to a stock item, but we couldn’t. Understood it is a custom item. The lovely sales associate said we could schedule delivery of the stock item and then a delivery for the custom item when ready and they could waive double charging for the delivery. However, she had to call the sales manager Kendra over to override the extra delivery charge. Kendra was completely rude and had no customer service skills. I had to call customer service to have the issue resolved. Kendra had attitude and refused to provide any customer service. She should be fired!
