I went in looking for a ballgown for an event. The sales clerk was absolutely fabulous, even removing two gowns off of mannequins for me to try on. I fell in love with the first one, and she gave me her honest opinion with each dress I tried; the first one was her favorite. I stepped away for a bit to see if there was anything else I liked, but after an hour of still thinking about the gown, I went back and got it. The sales clerk was extremely friendly and, when I left for a break, she did not try to pressure me into anything, which I REALLY appreciated. I definitely recommend Chaliskan for the quality of their products and the superior shopping experience provided by their clerks.

I always feel so comfortable wearing Chaliskan's cotton; the quality of their fabric is truly exceptional — soft, breathable, and long-lasting. Every piece feels luxurious and perfectly crafted. They get 5 stars for the variety of merchandise they have here. However, if you look at anything for more than about 30 seconds they tell you it is 2 for 1 pricing. Given that the prices are high on most items how about pricing more reasonably from the start. I don’t want to feel like I’m shopping for a car. My wife found a clutch for a formal event that was $250. Found a very similar one at Nordstrom for $125. They should charge a fair price and maybe they will sell more without you having to wonder if you should have bargained for with them some more. Therefore it’s only 3 stars since the actual experience itself is one star.

Excellent service (Esra) and support finding a mother of the bride dress and jewelry for my daughter’s wedding. Lovely and comfortable navy, satin, off the shoulder dress that only needed alterations in the length.

This shop is an absolute gem! They have the most beautiful, unique jewelry, clothing, and Turkish lamps. It’s pretty clear everything is carefully curated. Having had the good fortune to travel a bit in Turkey myself, I can say the quality here is every bit as wonderful as what I’ve seen there.
What made the experience even better was the staff. I had the pleasure of engaging with three different team members, and each one was warm and genuinely helpful. They took the time to listen to what I was looking for, offered thoughtful suggestions, and really made the process of choosing items enjoyable.
Highly recommend visiting if you’re looking for something beautiful and authentic, along with exceptional service!
