They don’t seem to be very aware of what inventory is on hand. I needed a pair of tennis shoes, fast, and the first time, they pulled out the wrong box. The second time, they thought I said, size 8, I said, 8 1/2. They said they had it, I waited for five minutes, and they did not have it. They told me I could go to footlocker to pick up a pair, which was already a waste of my time, this after I already paid. Total time suck.

Worst place ever basically robbed me i ordered a shoe off the store and after 7 weeks I didn’t get it i tried to go back to the store they couldn’t do anyabout it so I basically paid a hundred dollars and didnt get a shoe or my money back

Yesterday , I've had the worst experience ever for a first time customer ,The guy at the cashier was soo rude and he was acting weird and he was literally yelling bc I put the money on the counter just to take my card off my wallet but he Started yelling on us like whaaatBut I don't really recommend people to go there (all of this happened after 8pm)First and last time going there

Don’t want to give even 1 start bad customer support bought shirt week ago they said you can exchange in 1 month I went back for exchange just size they said we smelled like human wear this and we can’t exchange so why not send your employees to do sniffing job at airports and other places where they really need thirst kind of employees

I have lived in northern VA area for nearly 37 years and the service at this branch was the worst I have ever received. Condescending, disrespectful and down right unintelligent staff. Not certain what the customer service training is at this branch but I will certainly not shop here again and will let my friends/colleagues know the same. Not worthy of the community we live in and serve.

Customer service was simply fantastic on a visit here one night. Plus the inventory here is real good and high quality. They had sneakers that no other store had.
