Whew!Well, I was a potential buyer. But those comments from sisters has really detered me from dropping in.Hopefully Beverly Hills will treat me better. We will just have to see.For this to be a high end boutique, with such low ratings, someone should really look into whom they are hiring.Does the district manager even read these? Region Manager? Some darn body. Such a shame

I just moved to VA from NYC and looking for a nice Chanel store to help the local economy. Upon reading the reviews and noticing Chanel’s management did not even bother responding to those negative reviews, i think i better make trips back to NYC when i want to drop serious money. In their NYC store, i have always been treated like a royalty (yes, prior to pandemic, they served you drinks while you browsed so you won’t get too thirsty :-)) and yes, i spend ridiculous money for beautiful bags, but also to feel being treated like royalty and pampered. lol

I used to buy from chanel and today i want to buy more but after i talked to chanel customer service i am really disappointed and no longer buy that item. They really don't value their customers.

I owns lots of Chanel bags/shoes/bracelets, etc (and many goyard bags). I just moved to VA from NYC and looking for a nice Chanel store to help the local economy. The service was really disheartening. I wasn’t going in for something like a single pair of sunglasses or shoes, but a bag AND other accessories. I’m not dropping $10k to be treated like some second class citizen at what’s supposed to be a luxury store. I received much better service in NYC and their stores in Europe. My money spends like anyone’s, and they certainly lost a repeat customer; I don’t mind making the trip to New York to get my needs met.

I came visiting from Florida and this by far is Worst Chanel customer service Luis & Dalvin act like they own the store , I asked to come in for shoes and told me to wait outside and they will check if they have any shoes that are in my size ! Where in the world they let you in store only if they have your size ? Also when I asked if I can just go in he told me to just wait with an attitude . Sorry but am I asking to come in to heaven ? Work on your employees attitude

Ladies ladies do you like precious and handbags name brand bags or just a nice leather bag try to Summer it will be nice maybe a bag for the beach or a bag just to go out a nice guy friends so your family or you know by yourself but if you have a nice bag take care of it and you know the nice things that you get make sure you take care of it make sure that it's in good condition and that you have it for another year or two! ??????

As a new, highly interested Chanel customer. I’ve had nothing but a HORRIBLE experience when shopping at this boutique and shopping with the style advisors.Yes, It is true Chanel does discriminate against black customers. I've never felt Valued or welcomed as a customer when shopping at this boutique, and their style advisors are Just AWFUL!!!!! This is the only stand-alone boutique in the DMV area, so I have no choice but to shop this boutique. As it is Chanels so called goal for customers to have a high quality luxury experience, all of my experiences has been the opposite of that. My HORRIBLE experiences have caused me to completely give up on shopping with Chanel as it has been EXTREMELY difficult to shop and place an order with their sale advisors. The store sales representatives and staff discriminate. I am unfortunate and disappointed with my experiences involving this boutique and staff!
