Nice people and a clean location. They have a notary but claimed they do not notarize IDs or government documents. They were nice but ultimately not helpful.

Friendly, patient and helpfull agents.
Mr. Mac (Muhamed) Amer and Mr. Alberto Vergaraiv took the needed time and explained all the details and answered to all of my questions, step by step.
Thank you very much for that.
Only 1 issue are disturbing, but it is a bank procedure, not related to the branches team:
As a non citizen, I can not initiate a new deposit (CD) via the app or online or via tell.
I must be present physically at the branch, which does no make sence while the bank does allow me to send funds outide of my account to any 3rd party via the app or email plus confirmation call(which is great methode).
I want to further send funds to my Private Client account but I am on long vacation so the next time I can visit the branch will be on few months and it is a waste of money just to have sums at the account and not in a CD with better interest.

Worst branch when it comes to staff knowledge and training including their supervisor had a lot of difficult time with them. Therefore, I decided today to close my account with them. BUT, still while I'm closing my account they gave me hard time. I requested that the remaining balance needs to go toward another person, the supervisor said the cashier check has to be written to me since my account is closed or they give to me cash, which it doesn't make any sense to me! I advise you to have your money under your pillow, it's safer and easier that dealing with this bank branch.

Great location and staff. Maha and Omar were so kind and professional to work with. They quickly helped me remove a block that was mistakenly placed on my account by the online branch and helped set up a new checking account with a promo offer. I’ll be coming to this branch for any future needs.

I have been a Chase customer for many years and my recent visit to this branch made me think twice about the banking relationship I have with them.I had a scheduled appointment to meet with a banker and took time off from work and canceled an appointment to make room for this. Upon arrival, I was told that the individual with whom I needed to meet with was not in today and I would need to reschedule.I was upset at the fact that I was never informed/contacted of this prior (even though I have an email confirming my appointment) and the time I took to travel to this branch I could have tended to other things. The representative that helped me was very arrogant and I was never offered to reschedule an appointment.

He was so informative and patient with me, and shared with me his experience as being a business owner previously. I stopped by this bank earlier today to open a new checking account. I had actually received a promotion in the mail from this bank and it was an offer that appeared to be very beneficial. They are offering individuals with a cash bonus of more than tp$200 just to open a new checking account. The only catch is that you need to include direct deposit for the account. This part is a little bit complicated because of the fact that I already have direct deposit for my job through a different bank. This is an issue that I will need to remedy through my job, because it's a requirement to qualify for the promotion. Apart from that little caveat, I am excited to have a new account here. They are definitely one of the newer banks in the area, and thy have branches throughout the country which will be helpful to me as well. When I came into the branch I was quickly greeted by a friendly representative, and she reviewed all of the information regarding the new checking account. The process was painless, and I'm looking forward to an on-goung positive experience with the bank!

This is one of the newer banks in the DC area, and I made a trip to this branch because of a promotion that I received in the mail. I recognized the promotion as a pretty good deal for those people who want to open a new checking account. They are offering a cash bonus of more than $200 after a period of 60 days. The only catch is that you need to implement direct deposit to your account from your employer. This could end-up being a little complicated for my job, because I already have direct deposit set-up at a different bank. Regardless, this is something that zi will need to figure out in order to qualify for the cash bonus. I came into the branch right around lunch time and was greeted right away by a friendly employee. She offered me a seat at her desk which is where she reviewed the terms and conditions of the new account. Everything was reviewed and the process was quick and easy!

I am really upset with my experience in this branch. I drove to this area and found the closest location for Chase Bank, how I ended it up here. The reason I came as my online banking was locked due to my legal name change. They found out the recipient with a different name and locked it for security reason. I came with all the documents I needed and waited for around 30 minutes. The banker told me it might take longer and gave me his contact card. I went home and waited for the whole day. To check the status, I called in before the close time. The response from the same banker said it will take around 2 weeks or less than to solve the issues. I was a bit upset but there is nothing I can do and just have my finger crossed that he can help me solve this problem. One week passed, there is no update. However, I have all my money in this account and really need the money inside to pay all my bills. I decided to call the customer service line again today. The specialist told me it's a simple issue and she doesn't get why the banker didn't solve it a week ago.
