We came in at 6pm with the store closing at 7. We were told they closed the fitting room because it was too close to closing time and we weren’t allowed to try anything on even though there was still an hour left. We put everything back and couldn’t buy a thing without trying on. Very rude staff too. Would give it zero if I could.

i love the selection of clothing here and i just bought a bunch of stuff today but i agree that the staff was lowk kinda rude. well one in particular. the person checking me out was very sweet. but there was another staff worker at a register and i asked them if that one was open and they said no in a very rude tone and just walked away. Would probably shop here again because the clothes are adorable and looked really good on me but pls teach ur staff better

Awful experience with checkout. I’ve been overcharged TWICE in one week. Staff is slow, overwhelmed and unprofessional. Private arguments and gossiping at the register is unacceptable!

Been at this location a couple of times for my daughter but their dressing rooms have never been available. Went today (Sunday) and my daughter wanted to try on some clothes, but their dressing room was closed again!! When I asked why it was closed the girl gave me a rude response about how they are understaffed and the mall closes at 7pm. It was 5:30! Needless to say, we walked out without a purchase. There are too many other good places in the mall to waste your time here.

Incredibly rude staff. They straight up yelled at me when I tried to correct their mistake when I was refunded for the incorrect item.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Never will I return to this store.

This morning I tried returning an online order and they would not accept it unless I had the physical paper copy. I had the order up on my phone with the barcode too. The barcode literally says scan if you’re “in-store” to return. I tried twice to discuss it with the lady working and she flat out refused to even look at my phone. The most blatant lie. I chatted with their online customer service and they said that all I needed was my order number on my phone and I did NOT need the paper copy. I’m so upset and confused.

Worst shopping/check out experience of my life.
Just don’t even bother going in.
Some staff is nice- but did have some rude staff: person at register that was on their phone while there was a huge line telling people to go to the kids line- which was a Ben longer.
People ringing up so so slowly.
Someone returned a broken item before me and the staff put it right back on the shelf for some other poor person to accidentally buy.
Just the worst

Selection of clothes is really nice, but the staff is incredibly rude. They are standing around talking and when we asked if any fitting room is available, they said its all taken. We waited 15 minutes and realized there are only 2 people in the 8 of fitting rooms. Hire better staff or give them more training.

Staff was unnecessarily rude. I left without making a purchase because of how I was treated by the cashier during checkout.
I won't be returning.

Such a rude stuff. I was there yesterday, kid’s section was close, i asked the woman could you exchange for me something from the kids section, i need it tomorrow for my daughter’s birthday, she answered very rude “NO!” Even she didn’t explain why they are close, and she told me it will be close untill next week, i came today it is open🤦🏻♀️. Such a unprofessional stuff, she is working right now in front desk, in adult section.
