Came here to get memory vitamin that was stocked at the register. The associate whose name is Vicky is very rude. She asked me whether extra strength or regular and I said 20 mg. Since that specific vitamin supplement comes 10, 20, 30 and 40 mg. And I don't know their names for each strength specifically. Just because I said 20 mg, she yelled me and said she doesn't understand me ? actually I don't understand her ignorance of not knowing the strength 10 mg. You are not there to humiliate and insult the customer. Why don’t you develop your listening ability to the customer’s needs so that you can help the customer better , like what cvs means.

It’s a shame you cannot score lower than a 1. They made me get in three different lines and I’m still not fixed. Please avoid this pharmacy. They just don’t care.

Beware if you use a CVS DISCOUNT coupon, make sure you get the correct item because you can’t exchange the item for another similar item and expect to reuse the DISCOUNT coupon

I love this cvs, they are busy for a reason because they get things done. Sadaf was very helpful and all the staff are very friendly. Hands down the best cvs in Northern Virginia

The CVS in our community, while appreciated for its convenience, falls short in the pharmacy department. The lines at the pharmacy are consistently long, often with only one staff member manning the registers despite there being three available. This suggests a concerning understaffing issue. Moreover, there seem to be lapses in the automated refill system and in communicating requests to doctors, leading to further delays and inconveniences for customers. Overheard conversations from the staff hint at a less-than-ideal work environment, which could be contributing to these issues. It's crucial for both the staff and patrons that significant improvements are made in the near future.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I went to CVS to get my flu shot and I needed the records asap. the pharmacist said I can only get either an email or the hard copy so I chose email. It's been hours and I am still trying to get the records and the only solution I am getting everywhere is to go back to CVS.!!! Be careful and choose hard copy option if for some stupid reason you can only choose 1 and save yourself time as the records will not appear on the CVS app or the website for days. Useless.

The staff at the Pharmacy are always working so hard. They help answer all my questions about my prescriptions, and go out of their way to call other CVSs when my doctor's office sends my prescription to the wrong place. I hope they get more appreciation for all their work to provide the community with the medications they need.

Not complaining about the staff at all - they’re great and working under difficult conditions. This pharmacy is always understaffed. No matter what time of day you go there are always long lines. The staff is also too busy to answer calls. CVS needs to quit working their staff this way. Although the location of this pharmacy is convenient for me I’m changing because I don’t have 30 minutes to spend waiting in line every time I go. Screw your profits CVS - your customers and your staff are suffering.

If I could give this pharmacy 0 stars I would! I spoke to the pharmacist thinking I had a minute clinic appt for a vaccine. This was a pre employment requirement and the documentation was given to Claire You. She proceeded to rush and not listen to anything i was saying when it came to the vaccination and if she could help fill out the paper work. After she administered the shot, she left and said there was nothing she could do even though this CVS does have an epassport account. I explained this to her and she told me to call my employer. Avoid this CVS at all cost, they are NOT helpful. Their lack of care for patients/ customers speaks volumes and that is not the proper way to conduct yourself in healthcare.

It’s an old CVS small pharmacy but it was clean and I was able to find everything I needed and the staff was nice and friendly.

If I could give zero stars, I would. How in the world can you be out of the most basic medication for kids (amoxicillin) for over a month!?! When I asked for help to find the medication, I was met with indifference and rudeness. Like it's my fault they are out of medication. Unacceptable.

I frequent this establishment a lot as I am a member of the community. Let’s be real, this entire CVS / Pharmacy needs a facelift and customer service training. Despite being backed up and busy does not give anyone to be rude or dismissive to any customers. Trevor gathered all my medications and threw them on the counter and walked away to help another customer. He then returned and demanded I checked them, stating he would not return anything (not sure why any one would return prescriptions their doctor prescribed for them). The Pharmacist came over to ask additional questions in regard to my health and too walked away. Trevor did not bag all my prescriptions leaving me to collect my medication and receipt. It’s unfortunate this is my neighborhood pharmacy. Hopefully, he doesn’t last long and they hire kinder people.

The worst. Would give zero stars if that were an option. Took 1 week to get a script filled. Each time I called I got a different answer. Finally went to this store despite it being 15 miles from my home to get the pharmacist to do something to get it filled. A simple 30 second call to another cvs was all it took her. Mohammad didn't want to give me my son's script because my last name differs, despite my name being on the account, the health insurance being in my name and looking at my drivers license! This is beyond ridiculous. CVS and this store should be ashamed. I'm sure they aren't. Store also messy with bare shelves in some places.
