I came into this specific store with full intentions of buying a $9000 men’s wedding band however, my spouse and I were completely ignored when we walked in by two guys who were standing at the front of the store. The only person who acknowledged my spouse and I was Alejandro Jose, he was super friendly, helpful and best of all not JUDGEMENTAL! Like the other employees who were there at the time. I definitely feel like we were judge just because we were dressed pretty lax, next time hopefully these employees will think twice before ignoring someone no matter how they are dressed. Thanks again Alejandro for being so amazing! I absolutely love my ring.

Bad experience, I was trying to return a pendant but they did not let me. They told me it had scratch on it and tried to find all the reasons in the world to refuse taking it back, whoever want to buy something that is not refundable, go ahead and try this location, otherwise stay away, employees hete are bad at customer service

Horrible service. I return an online order at the store n the clerk process it wrong so now I’m out of $1000 n have to open a claim with my credit card company. Now I have to wait about a month while they finish the claim process. When I talk to manager he just said you are out of luck.Horrible service

Terrible experience. Before catching my flight, I decided to visit this location. I walked in, and noticed there was only one other customer in the store who was being helped already. I walked in and passed through four employees who were just starring at me. Nobody greeted me, or offered assistance. I walked all the way to the back, then walked all the way back to the front of store until someone asked if I needed help. The lady that helped me was nice, patient, and good. My ring size was in the back in stock so I waited. As I waited, a couple walked in wearing Gucci clothing and shoes and the four employees that ignored me pounced on them like piranhas. I was a first time customer who has a decent salary 6 digits , committed to buying and perhaps buying more... however employees made it such a negative experience. The employee named Yuliia was nice and helpful but her service came after the fact. I wouldn't go back to this location, it's a shame David Yurman Fosters that culture in this store. I recommend people try a different location where the shopping experience is better.

Welcoming staff. Immediately attentive. I knew what I wanted and the staff assisted with modeling the piece without issue and prepped the product nicely for gifting.

I bought the skull waves ring in silver, with the black pavé diamond eyes, and it was stunning! He opened it for Christmas, and hasn't taken it off since. The Waves collection is beautiful!

High end location. Basic experience. Went with my partner to see the engagement rings we want from DY. Got sized and were given our options on purchasing. Straight to the point purchase flow. His size was in stock and mine was not. Decided that I wanted to have it special ordered opposed to a bar built in to make it tighter. Clean cut and dry service which may match their clientele here I assume.Left here and went to the Washington DC store after speaking with the manager Nicki who gave great instructions on arriving and parking. We were offered bottled water shortly after walking in and checked on multiple times during our wait.They had one ring in stock that we could view. Sized us again and brought out champagne as a congratulations. Provided a date they will contact us once the special order turn around time is confirmed. Great customer service and experience. 5 Stars.

Had the most amazing experience of customer service and professionalism at this David Yurman.I made an appointment online to have my pieces cleaned and when I called and asked to have two bracelets put on hold the young woman who assisted me was patient and helpful.Upon arrival I was greeted by the staff and within minutes assisted by Claudia K. she sat me down at the back table and inspected all my pieces and listed them on the service sheet. She then grabbed the pieces I had put on hold. She fitted them on me and that’s when we realized the medium would be a better fit. The one link bracelet was not fitting as I had hoped and she suggested another bracelet which I immediate fell in love with. I appreciate that she suggested a bracelet that was similar in price (only $75 more than the original I looked at).After check out on my two new amazing bracelets, I left (and even though she set the expectation that with the amount of pieces I left to be cleaned typically would take 24 hours) she was able to get them done while I shopped around elsewhere in the galleria.I couldn’t of asked for a more pleasant experience and very much plan to come back and shop at this specific store!

Had a wonderful experience at DY today. Security and staff were very friendly and welcoming. I was buying a present for my daughter’s 25th birthday and told them how much she was going to love the “unboxing” and they were sure to make the presentation look awesome. Great store!

Was there to purchase a bracelet. The Asian sales associate did not want to help me because there was an Asian family waiting to come in and she wanted to help them. I was ignored and was helped by her after the Asian family left and didn't purchase anything. She ended up helping me she was rude and snobby. I needed the bracelet to be sized and she roll her eyes so hard. When the bracelet came in I asked if someone else could help and they did. I got my bracelet but never got a box, bag or anything. I get everything online now and if I have returns I take it to them which they hate!! They do now like "wasting" their time doing returns

Came here after a dreadful experience from another store down the road. Was prepared for another not so great experience. I was treated well and with respect. i forget the associate, but thank you. Tiffany Co down the road had horrible options and made me feel like I was being judged for being male looking for a male ring. Our rings are amazing and we constantly get compliments. Even referred a friend their who also had a great experience.

My fiancé and I came to DY to shop for his wedding band. We had to wait in line for a little while since we didn't have an appointment, but when we got inside we had great service! Our saleswoman showed us options that exactly met the criteria we were looking for and we'll were able to find what we were looking for. We decided to look around a little more before purchasing it that day, but after checking out a few other places we realized that DY has the best options for men's jewelry. We went back the next weekend to purchase the ring, and this time we called ahead to make an appointment (highly recommend because we could skip the line)! The size of the ring we needed wasn't in stores but we were able to place the order and the ring was delivered only a few days later. I had a really positive experience at DY, and from quality service to jewelry, it's definitely a great place to shop!
