I was thrilled to be able to book an appointment online - so much easier and hassle free compared to making a phone call. Unfortunately, I waited 50 minutes (after my appointment time) to be seen. It has been a very long time since my last eye exam, so I was pleased with the examination procedures and results. I thought it was thorough, and the doctor was nice. I asked for a copy of my test results to share with my PCP, and sadly, found some of the intake information incorrect (like what I shared regarding my family history unique to the eyes). For a patient who can't remember the last time they had an eye exam, I do wish they spent more time explaining all that the examination would cover (in advance). Some of that is my fault, too, for not asking questions.

Didn't have to wait long to be seen. Dr. Son and his staff explained all procedures and tests clearly and comprehensively, and answered my questions fully.
