Placed an order for a birthday and the fruit had bugs on it. I called them about this and they told me to email them with photos, which I did. They said they would give me a call back after I provided the photos. I emailed them 2 days ago on Tuesday. It’s now Thursday. Not only have they not called me back, they are not picking up my calls.

I placed an order. It was accepted and I was charged. It was never delivered and the business never answered my phone calls. They didn't refund my card either.
Don't waist your time or money with this business.

I ordered an Edible Arrangement from Edible Arrangements (1400 Chain Bridge Road, Mclean, VA for delivery to Vienna, VA for my granddaughter's high school graduation. I asked for it to be delivered after 4:00. The arrangement was gorgeous. It arrived on time. The fruit was fresh. My granddaughter loved it and was very surprised! Thank you for making her day sweeter! My daughter especially loved the chocolate covered strawberries! Sue C

Called in for a last minute surprise and it was sent in an hour. My Mom was happy and enjoyed the choclate dipped strawberry.

Absolutely terrible. My mom bought an arrangement for my sister and it was never received . On top of that, I called this store at least 7 times and someone only answered once. The man said he’d call me back, he never did, and we still don’t know if the package was ever out for delivery. The fact that you guys are sooo good at in person customer service but are more than lacking in shipping/delivery customer service is actually crazy. I hope you guys close down.

I placed a last-minute pick-up request with Edible Arrangements yesterday, and they went above and beyond to fulfill my order perfectly. The arrangement was fresh, beautifully presented, and exactly what I hoped for. My friend, who is in the hospital, absolutely loved it and it truly brightened their day. Thank you, Edible Arrangements, for making a stressful situation so much easier and for helping me bring a smile to my friend’s face. Highly recommend!

Terrible service!!! I ordered from here to get same day delivery. I then received a call stating they won’t be able to deliver today and informed me that they would ask a sister store. I then get an email stating the order was delivered and it was not! Tried calling but they were closed. Unbelievable!

I had horrible experience with this place. The arrangement I ordered was not fresh, the fruit clearly was few days old! When I called to complain I was told that they will deliver new arrangements, they didn’t! I called again, the lady on the phone said the same thing, new arrangement will be delivered, few weeks later nothing happened. She straight up lied to me twice!

- Flowers were not as described on website; ordered bright and colorful ones and got just plain white flowers
- Out of stock on purchased balloons and 2 months later have not received refund
- Didn't even bother to tell me they're out of stock until the recipient informed me about it
- Forgot the flowers the first time they delivered it and had to call and remind them so they could come back
- Hard to communicate with customer service

Placed order to be delivered a week in advance. order was confirmed and then the website states that you can track your order and on the day of the delivery the item purchased was never even created or delivered. when you called the store. All you got was a voicemail and stating that. You can leave a message and somebody will get back to you as soon as possible. I understand it was the busiest day of one of their events, Valentine's Day. But this customer service has been awful. Still have not spoken to anybody. In order to figure out where my purchase is as well as how do I get a refund, I will never use this company ever again.Call 7 times no answers, no responses. 830 at night you finally get the delivery still in that happy Customer. The customer service for this company is severely lacking.

Horrible horrible do not order from this store, I’ve been constantly calling all day no one answers, my order was not delivered at all. I requested a refund let’s see how this goes. Please read the reviews before ordering from this location.

Absolutely the worst customer service/delivery I've ever experienced. Gave them specific and easy-to-follow directions for delivery and they left it in a package room of an apartment building for anyone to pick up. I had to constantly call to see if my order had been delivered because I was told multiple times it would be delivered by 12pm then 5pm then 5:30pm and they didn't get delivered until 6pm. Whoever was on the phone with me seemed like she didn't care about her job and simply brushed me off and said her manager would contact me later. Completely unprofessional.
