Placed order to be delivered a week in advance. order was confirmed and then the website states that you can track your order and on the day of the delivery the item purchased was never even created or delivered. when you called the store. All you got was a voicemail and stating that. You can leave a message and somebody will get back to you as soon as possible. I understand it was the busiest day of one of their events, Valentine's Day. But this customer service has been awful. Still have not spoken to anybody. In order to figure out where my purchase is as well as how do I get a refund, I will never use this company ever again.Call 7 times no answers, no responses. 830 at night you finally get the delivery still in that happy Customer. The customer service for this company is severely lacking.

Horrible horrible do not order from this store, I’ve been constantly calling all day no one answers, my order was not delivered at all. I requested a refund let’s see how this goes. Please read the reviews before ordering from this location.

Absolutely the worst customer service/delivery I've ever experienced. Gave them specific and easy-to-follow directions for delivery and they left it in a package room of an apartment building for anyone to pick up. I had to constantly call to see if my order had been delivered because I was told multiple times it would be delivered by 12pm then 5pm then 5:30pm and they didn't get delivered until 6pm. Whoever was on the phone with me seemed like she didn't care about her job and simply brushed me off and said her manager would contact me later. Completely unprofessional.

Don’t go here. Had a Mother’s Day special platter ordered for pick up, paid $80+ For it. They called me 30 mins before my order was suppose to be ready rushing for pick up at 5:15( they close at 7 pm) not a big deal went over and picked it up. The lady? Rude as can be; like they hate their lives or something. Anyway I get the platter looks nice and covered up with balloons and what not. Come to find out they threw together the cheapest platter they can find ($45 as advertised online) and decided this customer won’t notice. I clearly ordered strawberries only with pink covered chocolate and with no apples and you really think I’m not going to notice. Scammers 101… i suggest going to a different store in the area because this one right here doesn’t deserve your hard earned money.

The WORST store ever! My Valentine’s Day arrangement was delivered to me upside, squished, and leaking. I work not even a mile from the location, 700ft to be exact and they couldn’t deliver a new arrangement by 6pm. I go to pick it up and the hours stated they do not close until 7p. I arrived at 6:20pm and they are closed. It is now 2 days after Valentine’s Day and I have yet to receive an edible arrangement that is actually EDIBLE!

The worst form of customer service! I'll never do business here again. I had an issue with my order not being delivered to the recipient. There's no way you can speak to anyone by phone and when you leave your name, phone number and order number, no one gets back to you. I wouldn't even give them a star but I guess I'll have to leave something.

ordered days in advance for pick up at 0930 sharp on a Monday morning for a work event. even called and spoke to them about the importance of having it ready to go on time. not ready until 9:54

I'm Very Disappointed with the arrangement they sent my friend for her birthday. It was supposed to be a large arrangement and also I paid for added more chocolate strawberries, end up paying over $110 and the picture in the App showed a beautiful large arrangement with grapes and other fruits, but when I received the picture from my friend , it was smaller version with no grapes , called the store and was given excuses that I ordered average size at first and the container cost $10 etc and no grapes are included and it's in the description which you should have clicked to read ... however we always go with the picture and even if it's company's fault or not I'm an unhappy customer receiving less than what I expected or shown in picture ... they didn't offer any apology nor any other offer to resolve this . I would never buy from this store for sure and suggest others to try another store, if you decide to go with Edible arrangement pick another store, the management on this store has no clue what customer service is !

can't give a ZERO. Made long distance order online. someone with an EXTREMELY thick accent called me from store. Absolutely, 100% could not understand the person, and repeatedly asked to speak to someone else. Instead of getting me someone else, they hung up on me!Then i got a call, 2 minutes later telling me that they could not serve the area for my order (Centreville, VA). beyond poor customer service...

I ordered a birthday bundle for my sister (see picture below). Our family jokes that we are a "balloon family". Unfortunately, the bundle didn't arrive with the balloon (the picture with the door was the pic from the driver who delivered it). I tried several times to contact the McClean Edible arrangements but it is impossible to actually reach a particular store, you just get a call center which puts you on hold forever. I also tried to chat with the company but that was quite a joke, try for yourself. I just want a balloon to be delivered to my sister or a 30% refund since she only received two thirds of the bungle. Unfortunately, I can't talk to anyone about this. This was a disappointing experience.

I would give zero stars if I could. The person behind the counter was very nice, but the manager of the store is extremely unprofessional. I had a birthday reward, that they could not find in their system so they called corporate customer service. The person on the phone said clearly (she was on the speakerphone) I can see the customer’s birthday reward, it is active. And they also said to give the reward to the customer and to write done the code for the reward so that the manager can process it. The manager of the store, who was on the phone, refused and said to their employee not to do it.After I left, the store called stating that they found my reward but my name was spelled wrong, which is not true. I will go to a different store, never to this one again.So far I always had great experiences with the Edible Arrangements. This is the first bad experience. Edible Arrangements have good customer service and philosophy, but that is not enough if the managers do whatever they want.
