I was sold a display shoe, never thought to look at the bottom of them. When I went back to exchange for a different size I was told no because they were already worn. Obviously it was a displayed item and they knew it. Beware of their deceptive practice!

Was helped by Candice. She was very warm and welcoming. Way better customer service than the one in NYC and definitely less pretentious. Will come back again for a high quality power suit. They made a fan out of me.

I see others have posted mostly negative reviews of this location. I did not have a bad experience however the store did not have as much selection as a landmark store such as the one in Las Vegas. I might return occasionally. I agree with some other reviewer's regarding the origin of manufacturing since the prices are quite high.

Zenga is an international brand and associated with quality and style. Customer service apparently not. Look carefully because they attempt to pull a wool over your eyes for anything that is NOT a suit. Collared shirts are made in Turkey and China. Made in Italy is fairly rare. Shoes are from the same factory as Ferragamo and very few justify the Zegna markup. Selling Volkswagen quality for Porsche prices. A snobby saleswoman sneered at me that everything I was wearing was "probably made in China". I corrected her and explained that I was dressed down and that my casual clothing was most likely made in an even more corporate cost saving nation like Peru or Tunisia. I readily replied, "I'll have you know my clothing is just as terrible quality as these Z Zenga sweaters." I'm -sure- that schooled her. When I asked if Zenga can make suits that much up to Brioni or Kiton (aka the Rolls Royce of suit makers) all she could reply was "We can even make you a suit that costs 20 thousand dollars." Sorry, wrong answer. I wasn't asking can you make me an EXPENSIVE suit. I was asking can you make my a suit that is the same QUALITY. A concept she had a hard time grasping. Luckily I managed to make my way to Serravalle, Italy (outside of Milan) through a series of humorous but slightly disastrous set of circumstances. I promptly visited the Canali factory store and walked out with a 3-piece canvassed suit for significantly less. (under 1k) Hand detailing and Made in Italy. No compromises needed. Would I shop here? No even if they were the only italian suit maker in the US. Because frankly most of their clothing isn't even from Italia.

This is the worst store ever. Bought $1200 in shirts in 10 min and when I went to return one shirt I was grilled. Never ever will but anything here again. Go to Neiman Marcus or Saks.
