The clothes are quite good and the store itself is nice, but today a staff member was very obviously following me around the store. I kept catching her eye so I said hello to her to let her know that I see her and yet she didn’t offer to help me once. Instead, she made sure to hover around me while I shopped. I thought it was my imagination, but sometimes you just have a gut feeling. I can tell when I’m being followed.
I can only assume this was because I was the only black customer in the store at the moment because she did not do this to any of the other customers. I’m a regular customer and she made me feel like a criminal so I just left without buying anything. If she stops working there, this would be a five star review.

Clean and bright shop with good selection of products. Wendy was extremely friendly and helpful in getting me jeans that fit and look great!

Very nice and organized store with friendly staff. Kyung was very attentive and helpful with getting the shoes I needed and advising me on the fit! Hope to go back soon!

Staff was super nice and helpful, and the store is gorgeous! Wish they had a bit more in store, but they can order anything and it comes really fast. My order arrived in less than 2 days after ordering in store with the staff’s help.

The African American lady who worked the dressing rooms and shoes was nice enough. The rest of the staff looked at me and didn’t ask me if I needed help with anything. I decided not to purchase from this location because of that.

So excited to have an Everlane that is inside a mall and close for DMV suburbs! This location is a bit smaller than Georgetown but it's beautiful, clean, and well stocked! The staff is amazing, I can't say enough good things about the service I received from Sylvia, who helped me find the perfect denim for an upcoming trip! So excited to visit + shop again!
