I had The worst experience here With the store manager when I was trying to return Something that it won’t fit. Store manager was being very rude yelling at me about tag missing but tag was on it and I showed her. But she was looking for a reason to argue And not take the return. I’m pregnant My heart rate went up And I couldn’t handle the situation. By the end, she told me I’m not allowed to shop at the store anymore. I will call customer service To address this issue.

I bought my jean online , I just got it and next day I try to return it, item price tag was attach but not size tag , I didn’t know how they send it like this I try to return It kimmy was person he didn’t wants to return it, he keep screaming on me , he just threw my jean on desk I told him I got like this I don’t now what this tag , and I told him he should call customer service he keep screaming on me , he was manager he didn’t have customer service number! He called they said ok return It. He was very rude, how you can scream on customer and special woman! Im so sorry for this department, I bought alot whit express before, I never shop agin whit this company!

I had the worst experience at the Express store in Tysons Corner.
My wife and I went to return some online purchases because the sizes didn’t fit, and the guy at the checkout was incredibly rude. He had such an attitude, saying things like, ‘You shouldn’t purchase anything online if you want to return!’
Seriously ?!!!!!!
Isn’t that part of your job ?!!!
What’s even worse is that he wasn’t wearing a name tag, so I can’t even call him out properly.
This was my first and definitely my last experience with Express. Hopefully, they deal with their sales staff and get someone who actually knows how to treat customers.

I went to my favorite brand Express store at Tyson Corner Center yesterday. I was in the store over 30mn nobody said anything even Hello to me. I left and walked to Francesca the next door and spent over $200 in clothes and jewelry

Don’t go to this express store. Management is so bad and be careful purchasing items from express. If it has something and you didn’t wear it and come to return it they will claim you wore it and tampered with it. DONT go to this express.

Oh My gash terrible terrible place to shop, the guy on the floor yelling and screaming at people, like someone on the drugs , or don’t like his job, then the lady comes at the cash register starting talking with him ignoring customers that’s very very rude ! These are same people who complain about even try one else ! It’s shameful attitude people have but they are Not shamed of it! Cashier guy told me why Iam telling him about the the other guy?????? It’s very sad for the people who get treated like these people those are getting paid because of customers those buying from this store!!!!

The cashier looked at everything thoroughly and found lipstick mark on one of our return items, which was on it when we bought it and we haven't had noticed while in store, and he didn't accept the return; kept insisting the item has been worn, and no matter what we said he didn't process the return for any other items either. Then the manager came and said some more nonsense and wasn't helpful. It's really insulting to be treated like a liar over a bunch of tshirts!

During a recent visit, Kenny handling my purchase abruptly left mid-transaction without explanation. His sudden departure left both myself and his colleagues confused and waiting, disrupting the flow of the transaction. Unacceptable behavior!! Will not purchase clothing from this store again.

This review is not for a store it is for the website and phone app. I stopped wasting my time with their phone app which doesn't work and tried shopping online. After I attempted to login it said there was an error. BS. I ended up changing my password with the reset link 4 times but still showing an error. I can't create a new account with my email because they already have an account for me with that email. Also, the quality of their clothes went down hill since 2019. The hem of my pants unravels within a few months of wearing. This is at least 8 of my pants since 2019. Some of them I threw away because I don't have time for that bs. Also, the material for the current blazers sucks! It lacks structure, pills and snags easily, and stains easily. A "tailored" look blazer should not be stretchy and softy. If I wanted a comfy top, I'd buy a f@cking sweatshirt.

They lost a very precious object that I had left in the fitting room on accident and most likely threw it away instead of keeping it at least for a week in a list and found place.I went back the very next day and it was gone and the staff was very unprofessional and rude about the whole thing.I even called customer service and they proved to be completely useless and no emphaty whatsoever!!!...
