They lost a very precious object that I had left in the fitting room on accident and most likely threw it away instead of keeping it at least for a week in a list and found place.I went back the very next day and it was gone and the staff was very unprofessional and rude about the whole thing.I even called customer service and they proved to be completely useless and no emphaty whatsoever!!!...

Customer service at this location is next to zero. All three associates that we interacted with were absolutely unhelpful. The store manager was equally not responsive to the complaint. Figures, if the manager has no customer service skills, why would any of the associates have skills. Probably the worst Express store I've ever visited.

Holiday Season is here. Patiently wait to be checked out. Lady was very rude, sarcastic, and although she tried to help after I told her not to speak with me in such a manner she kept giving me an excuse. I asked to get a floor manager and not one was given. I use to work for express and this is not the customer service we provide our consumers. Whomever the general manager is pleas train your staff way better than that as it’s inexcusable.

Rachel was great in getting a suit pant in time for my son's homecoming that we were very last minute in shopping for. The entire store was clean and it was easy to try on things and find help.

Very rude cashier lady and manager. Unwillingness to listen to a customer is very unprofessional. You won’t go nowhere with this kind of attitude. I know retail jobs are stressful but there is no place for disrespect here.Issue: we brought a suit in-store and found the same evening that the same suit is 50% off online. We got that suit but we received a damaged one. Instead of shipping it back, we decided to return it in store and ask for that reduced price match due to timings issues of shipping back and forth.The cashier and manager at express store in Tysons were unwilling to listen to the whole story.They refunded the online transaction, took the suit back that was damaged but did not do a price match because they think that they did a 1:1 return but missing the point that we paid 50% extra because of not matching the price.Issue 1: It’s surprising that good brands like express are not doing quality checks.Issue 2: manager’s and cashier’s at this Tyson’s virigina store is adding fuel to it.I will spend my money where I get a good customer service and a quality product.Never shopping at express again and also at this specific store at Tysons should train their staff including manager on how to deal with customers better.There are so many other brands and stores I can spend my money at!

If I could I’d definitely give zero stars. Customer service is the WORST I have ever seen in my life. Cashier lady with cheap eye lashes and fake enormous nails was so rude with me and my husband over a simple question about a return. She was so arrogant, made me feel like I was begging for her help instead of her doing her actual job. I’m never coming back to the store. Hope she gets fired ASAP

I asked about the prices and one of the staff was rude. When I paid for the items another staff member at the register was also rude seemed like both didn't like their jobs but they shouldn't take it out on customers.

Due to the awful service my family & I received I cannot rate this business. The ladies are un-professional & ghetto. I over heard two co-workers one appeared to be a manager, African American Asian, descent talking poorly about another co-worker. No one greets or ask you if you need help. We will not visit this location again. The behaviors of the employees reflects poorly on management.You wait in line for at-least 20 minutes before you are checked out! The young lady use hand jesters to call the next customer in line. Express has really went down.

I just had my first negative experience at the Tysons Corner location. I simply wanted to return a shirt that I had picked up the day before. It had not been worn, and I still had the tag with receipt. They refused to issue a refund because the tag had been removed, even though it did not specify on this product not to remove tag (like the suits usually have). I reviewed the policy with the "manager" Favi, however, she did not care. It seems like Tysons operates on their own policies and procedures, probably to protect their sales goals for the day. I left extremely disappointed and unappreciated as a customer. I then went to the Dulles location where they took it back without any issues. Do better Tysons.. sending customers away unhappy in this economic climate is dangerous for business.

I bought a pants online and Express sent me a wrong size and I wanted to return the item at this store. I was told that they can not return the item because the pants label is not matching in their system (totally express fault sending me a wrong pants) The manager only gave me the option to exchange the pants. Pants were not even worn once and the tags were on it - I end up with item that I don't like and pay the full price.I never had experience like that with any other brand!!!! The manger was very unprofessional.

Selection is rather limited. The staff is extremely unprofessional. On two different occasions, I experienced the staff arguing. The last time, which was Sunday 2/12/23 employees were taken to different sides of the store to keep from physically fighting. However, they continued yelling at each other. Needless to say I didn't get the shirt I wanted.

Terrible customer service. The cashiers are very rude. We waited in line for 20 mins because the cashier was chatting up with a customer about something completely irrelevant for 20 mins! Very unprofessional
