There was a question of water leakage into my unit..the storage facility contacted me immediately and as I was out of town and not able to be there for one month they checked the unit for me and reported back promptly (fortunately everything appeared good). The site manager Ms. Bray (Niki) was fantastic in facilitating everything and communicating every step of the way! Truly an unexpectedly wonderful experience.

My parents were renting a unit here for a few months, and these folks were super easy to work with through the whole process from setting up the reservation to closing it out. I worked mostly with Nikki, who was incredibly helpful when I had to make adjustments when they both passed away this year and I needed to handle emptying it out, including several leasing changes. She was kind and compassionate while offering great customer service, and helped ease some of the stress of a very tumultuous few months. I would recommend this place to anyone.
