How long are you supposed to wait for a cashier? There are only a handful of customers on the line. I was third in line and had to wait 10 minutes. There were other staff members around the store, and they did not help.

For one, the store opens at 11am! So change it to the correct time opposing misleading people!? NOT 10AM. 2nd, know one answers the phone their, making customer service garbage đ. I can't talk to anyone their for help. What's the purpose to have a public line... Very inconvenient and Wack location for service. This the 21 Cenrty! Goofy's

This store literally NEVER and I repeat NEVER answers the phone not even calls made directly from footlocker customer service. The call after pressing â4â, automatically goes to an automated voice to say: âthey are sorry they are not able to tell at this timeâ. SMFH donât pay for any delivery through footlocker.com other than a delivery being FREE. I was suppose to receive my shoes on 10/9 and they havenât even been picked up by the carrier. The customer service line was trying to contact the store to see if there has been any communication between the store and the carrier to get the package moving BUT bc the phone doesnât even ring to an individual I have no clue wen the shoes will get here.

No one ever answer the store call. When you press #4 it just hangs up. Poor customer service.

I was so unpleasant by their attitude. They are rude to customers and They don't care whether the item sells or not. We'll never go there again and I can buy it at any other store instead of foot Locker!!!

Store is much nicer and April was very nice and fast in getting the shoes we wanted. My nieces wanted to get some shoes from there so I went. Glad April was there to assist us. She was very helpful. Normally you would have to look around and wait for someone to get shoes etcâŚ. But today we were in and out and got the shoes we wanted.

Bad customer service. Did not even help at all. Did not ever greet customer like other foot locker. They are just there talking to each other then helping we have to go up to them and they still give you attitude.

They are ignoring customers when you enter the store. I want to try 2 shoes, they are run out of size, so they let me wait 20 min and give another 2 shoes which are totally different with those 2 I choose. I donât understand the point of this store exists, if you have nothing why I donât just buy online.

I always shop there, Tysons corner 1 location received very bad service. Start with someone just point me go there and you will find it your item. Then barcode was not there and at checkout lady said no worry we look up, bit she start ringing others on different custom. My son went to grab shoes with other barcode that does not work. They forgot about me bitterly ignore when I ask again if am getting help , nobody showed up . Finally a guy at door look into his phone saying oh I should look more I found it now. Does not matter u busy u just dont ignore a customer and walk away and let them wait .

ALEX AND ADADOU!! is very unprofessional! I waited 30 mins for my shoes to come out for them to tell me they didnât have my size. Adadou joking playing around not taking his job serious. I would not be coming here to buy anything from here no more as long you got them two working .
