They did a good job replacing the brake pads, rotors, and calipers of the front wheels of my 1977 Vette, plus some work on the sway bar. I got new tires there too. They don't let you bring parts, but that's understandable. The staff is nice.

I had an appointment today for a car service at your location, but unfortunately, it couldn’t be completed because I was supposed to confirm it by phone, which I didn’t know. However, I want to say that all the staff were very professional and kind. I especially want to thank a gentleman named Henry, who was incredibly helpful and kind. He assisted me with rescheduling the appointment and made everything easier. Great customer service—thank you!

A Great Experience at Goodyear!
I recently had new tires installed at Goodyear, and I couldn't be happier with the service! Henry and his team were absolutely great and incredibly nice throughout the entire process. They made the installation quick and easy, and I really appreciated their friendly and helpful attitude. I highly recommend this Goodyear location for anyone needing tire services and easy to book your appointment online – you won't be disappointed!

I had a wheel alignment done. The work was performed on time and without any issues. The employees are friendly and polite. There is a space to wait if you need to do that. It was an excellent experience.

Giving credit where it is due - the TLDR - Sharirff and Henry helped me out of a bind where another shop was trying to screw me. They were incredibly fair and reasonable. They committed to a timeline after assessing the problem and delivered far above expectations. I feel I have found honest folks that I can trust for car service and I will bring any issue to this shop without questions from this point forward.

I have lived in the area for the last few years and am relatively young; I have been to a few different mechanics where I have always found trouble - from poor dealerships to auto shops that have actively tried to rip me off pushing additional repairs, parts, or labor hours into their service. While I don't know everything about cars and trucks, my family works with them constantly... most recently, a different mechanic shop told me I needed a new power steering pump, new lines into the gears and hydro boost and a new hydro boost replaced for my breaking system. I was told labor would take 15+ hours. I know a few things 1) power steering pumps don't just go - they take a significant amount of miles 2) the chance both the power steering and hydro boost went south at the same time is a rare occurrence, 3) power steering pumps take 4 hours to replace, hydro boost 5
After getting a second opinion and having this Goodyear recommended to me, I spoke with Sharirff at this Goodyear. I told him what I knew and asked him for help. He told me that while he could not be sure until he looked at the car, the prior quote and information I received seemed incredibly aggressive. He told me he would do what he could to help and call me with an update before he did anything.
Sharirff and Henry - thank you very much for being honest and for doing your best to help out a customer in need. I will be back. 5 stars

Absurd, expensive, and dishonest.
Came in for an oil change and to check my brakes. Tried to tell me I needed all 4 tires replaced and it would be $1460. Checked with my local shop back home and they laughed in my face and told me they were trying to get one over on me. Called the good year website, also said that was ridiculous and overpriced nonsense. Left denying all other services beyond the oil change and even that was overpriced at $111. For an oil change.
Ridiculous and never going here again. Tried to play in my face when my tires have a tread depth of 9/32 for all 4 tires, no where near even recommended level to change out a tire.

I recently came in due to an issue with a new tire set installation at another business, not Goodyear. What I thought was going to be a simple balance issue turned out to be a couple of warped rims causing severe vibration when driving at higher speeds. The roads in the area are notorious for potholes.
While I certainly wasn’t expecting this, the people at Goodyear showed me the issue so I could see how bad the problem was for myself. I appreciated the transparency. Henry and team were knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with.

Henry, the service manager, and his team saved the weekend by replacing our flat tire (he showed me the hole from driving over a big nail). Henry's crew at McLean Goodyear squeezed us in Saturday morning and got us on the road to our child's away game on time. Henry is extremely knowledgeable and his customer service is exceptional, I highly recommend Henry's team with 5+ stars. It's hard to find honest and helpful car service places these days and I wholeheartedly offer high praise here. We noticed a flat tire Friday night, made an online service appointment at Firestone on Chain Bridge Road for Saturday, got a 7:30am call from Firestone canceling my appointment, something about the availability shown on-line was not accurate, clearly, since the guy's call was to notify me about seeing me 5 days later on Wednesday (earliest available appointment). Hope this feedback helps others! KUDOS Henry & Team at McLean Goodyear, we appreciate your sense of urgency and hustle to get customers quickly and safely on the road again!
