My overall shopping experience was great when I made my purchase. Poor follow up is my disappointment with the rep. They were out of boxes and rep promised I would receive one in the mail in about a week. Still no box and no call/email/text. You can’t even get through on the phone.

The worst experience. Part of the laminate on my Gucci label pilled off. (Defect in the product) The leather is in great condition.(sales person made a statement about the quality of the leather) After 3 months with no updates. I stop by to get the status. They said, oh it is here. They could not do anything. They did not bother taking the glue out. Absolutely nothing. Basically sorry….I own Chanel, Salvatore Ferragamo and many Gucci’s but I have never had such a bad experience with a designer. Horrible customer service all around.

Stopped by to get some gifts. There were two employees and both were speaking to customers. Since there was no line I walked around to look at their bags and give them time to “take care of the customers” I spent about 20 mins without a single acknowledgement from either one. I finally stood in front of them to try and get their attention and still then I didn’t get acknowledged. Nothing!!!!! Not even to let me know they could eventually help me. I walked right across to Louis Vuitton where the staff was extremely helpful and I got some wonderful gifts. Ironically the two people the girls were so interested in talking about their travels with and the other one flirting with walked out without a purchase. The only thing i hope is that they get commission that way I was not the only one that wasted my time.I guess what I’m saying don’t waste your time going to that store the staff is extremely rude and quite frankly don’t want your business.

Horrible service…wanted to return a hat I received as BIRTHDAY GIFT, when I tried the hat on unfortunately was to small. Went to exchange & because there’s a little bit of make up on the inside couldn’t exchange. Thanks for ruining a birthday gift for me… specially considering I worked in high end retail myself. Would highly recommend going to the regular Gucci!

We called the store asking for a specific bag (Ophidia GG small shoulder bag) they asked for the price to be even more specific and we told them the exact price that was shown online. They told us they have it and they put it on hold for us. We drove there for an hour and when we arrived there we waited more than 20 minutes to get inside because of the line waiting. When they finally let us in the lady Enisha who we spoke with through the phone told us to our face they actually did not have it. She offered to send it by mail (which is ok) but that is not the point! They wasted our time. It calls my attention that Gucci has that kind of service. Thank you.
