I worked with Damali and she was truly the best sales associate I have ever worked with in a luxury store. She was kind, funny, thoughtful, and asked me many questions. I really enjoyed my time with her and to be honest when I go back to Gucci for anything, I will be putting a request to only work with her. My experience with her today was so amazing that I wanted to write a review for her. 10/10 experience at the store.

Absolutely the worst experience at this location. The store staff, the jewelry repair and the customer service departments are not only incompetent, but unapologetic about their indifference and failure to provide basic service. Dropped off two wedding bands to be engraved as advertised on the website, just to have them ruined, the appearance of one completely altered, and four months later still have neither, nor any follow up. Numerous calls and chats with no resolution, and am left with the only choice of giving up chasing them. Shameful. Complete waste of time and resources, and loss of the sentimental value the product represented.

In spite of making several purchases from Gucci I normally don’t do a review but felt the need to do it this time. When my daughter and I walked into the store there were several available advisors around but they didn’t attempt to assist us. My guess is they assumed we would not make a purchase and didn’t want to waste their time! However one particular advisor Brian walked right up to us and offered to help, clearly no judgement and he made us feel very welcomed. We chatted and he assisted me with the purchase of my Gucci bag. Brian remained pleasant and provided exceptional service! If I ever visit this particular location, I would only buy if Brian is there.

Hi, we came to the store yesterday at 11 five in the morning and we felt that we were not welcome There was a group of staff talking among themselves and not even concerned or attentive towards us but there was some other people who walked in, and they quickly ran to them and assist them. It showed how unprofessional they they are just choosing the customer according to the way they like to assist clients. after a while, there was a good gentleman who came and assist my son and me. My son and daughter are customers of this branch. We love this brand, but the customer service should be much better since we pay a lot of money for these items. Gucci, the brand itself is amazing like I just said my Loves this brand and be by a lot from this shop. My son’s name is Ralf Hesselbarth . It was my mom birthday and it was her first time to go into Gucci and get a handbag. It was my husband who wanted to surprise her with this gift.. you can check in your system with this name of my son that we were there yesterday at around 11.05am The gentleman who assist us with amazing, very helpful and professional. No matter if the customer buys or does not buy all customers should be treated proper properly.. thank you hope next time the service would be better… That

walked in with my wife after a hot day outside. I was wearing gym short and croc , I guess in the staffs eyes that we weren't good enough for them.
we had a very bad vibe , we walked out and bought a different bag from next door, which is a little bit more than the gucci bag. But hey they treated us like we are customers . The sad part is I purchased tons of stuff from Gucci in Bloomingdale ! shouldve gone over there instead!

Right when we walked in John Kim, greeted us with a warm smile. Something every Gucci store should represent. We were greeted with complimentary water on a hot summer day. I wasn’t really sold on this brand but when I saw how welcoming he is, it made me feel like Gucci has a great vision towards clientele. Great job John! Highly recommend!

Terrible service. The store did not have the shoes in the size and color I wanted so the salesperson offered to order them for me from another store. He said I should receive them in 2-3 days. When I order directly from the Gucci website, I always receive the items withing 1-3 days. It has now been 9 days and I have not received my shoes. Also, Gucci has a system that does not allow customers to call the store. All calls go through a call center, which allegedly relays messages between customers and the store. I have called the call center 3 times now and have yet to hear back from the Tysons store. The call center incorrectly sent my first message to the wrong store and I did receive a text from them saying they couldn't assist; of course not, they did not place the order. During my last call, I was told that it could take up to 3 days for the Tysons manager to return my call because they are so busy. If they are doing such high volume that they cannot return the call of a paying customer for 3 days, then that is not a luxury item; that's a mass market item and I should not be paying that kind of money for their products that are apparently flooding the market. I don't even want the shoes anymore, but apparently I will have to drive all the way to Tysons to cancel the order because they cannot be bothered to take or return my phone call.

I went to the store today and had to return sunglasses.But my experience was horrible.They make you feel,like I was a criminal and did something to those sunglasses which I didn’t.Lady was trying everything,except to issue my fool refund,but finally she did. I don’t recommend to go to that store!!!

DO NOT go to that moll it is useless
There is no security in the parking lots, they open your cars ? and steal your bags that you buy at Gucci Prada Louis Vuitton
The owners of other people's things are watching you when you enter those stores and leave with bags ?️ and then follow you and rob you in broad daylight ?? and no store of those prestigious brands does not put more security at all ?
I was robbed a few weeks ago and so many more people don't have to waste the money that is so hard to earn so that others can steal it from you.
and these prestigious brands don't do anything ?
of the cars passing by snatching your bags at the exit of the moll and everything remains under investigation, do not go through what I went through, one's life can be at risk there in that moll since there is not enough security and they can hurt you just for robbing you those brand name bags
