I chose this hotel because my prior experiences with Hilton are pretty good. And based on the price they charge per night, I thought this hotel should be one of the higher end of Hilton. The staff is friendly. But I found the hotel and my room are pretty outdated. No free breakfast (again this is not a motel.)

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for a quick local weekend getaway. Location of this place is amazing! The rooms are very basic. The beds are completely uncomfortable. If you’re looking for comfort, this is not your place.

I stayed here approximately 10 weeks over the course of a year. The rooms are decent, if dark (need new lighting). Beds are comfortable. If you get a room that's on one of the spurs, and not facing the freeway, it's very quiet. If you get a room that faces onto the lobby, you can hear any and all noise from the events going on down there. I appreciated the local shuttle, which was reasonably easy to use, though not blazing fast. The restaurant is good (though it desperately needs to-go items for breakfast.) There's no microwaves in the rooms, only on certain floors. There are fridges in the rooms. The gym is decent. There's free parking, which is unusual and nice in the area. It's located within shuttle distance of a grocery store and tyson's corner mall. Service was adequate. There were some housekeeping issues (food under the bed that wasn't caught, a rattling heater vent) but nothing egregious that I can recall. As a single female traveler I never felt unsafe. Overall, it wasn't a hotel I would gush about, but it was a hotel I kept coming back to because it was reasonably reliable. I would stay here again (obviously.)

Wow wow wow! I’m truly blown away by the level of professionalism and positivity this team brings. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with kindness and felt completely supported as I navigated through the many questions I had.
I stayed in a King room for 3 nights starting Monday, July 21st, initially booking through a third party for just 2 nights. I was enjoying my stay so much that I decided to extend for one more night. Although I couldn’t modify the original reservation and had to book a different room type (a double bed), the team went above and beyond to keep me in the same room and honor my third-party booking—something I truly appreciated.
A special thank you to Raul (spelling?)—he was incredibly kind both over the phone and in person. He helped me set up the WiFi and even covered my parking, which was such a generous and unexpected gesture. I also want to acknowledge the lovely woman who assisted with adjusting my booking—possibly named Rohza?—she was just as kind and accommodating.
While the hotel itself isn’t the absolute best in terms of room quality, the warmth and helpfulness of the staff truly make this place feel like home. I’ll definitely be booking here again in the future!

From the moment we arrived to check in, our experience was disappointing. The woman working at the front desk around 4 PM on Saturday, 6/29 was not welcoming or accommodating. As a Hilton Honors member, I was surprised when she told me I couldn’t provide my account number to receive points, something I’ve never had an issue with at other Hilton locations. She also didn’t offer water or any of the usual Hilton hospitality touches.
When we asked about an upgrade, she refused, even though our friends checking in right after us with a different staff member were happily upgraded without issue. Later that evening, I returned to the front desk and the night staff was able to easily add my Hilton Honors number to the reservation, which only added to the frustration.
Overall, this was the worst experience I’ve had at a Hilton, which is especially disappointing given this is the most expensive Hilton in the area.

We did not even make it to a room. Checked in at 6pm and was told our room was almost ready. Waited around the lobby for 20-30 minutes until we decided to cut our trip short and just make the longer drive back home. Never had this experience checking into a hotel before. Would not reccomend if you definitely need somewhere to stay.

I travel here bi-monthly for work. Rooms are good and I appreciate the shuttle service which I use to get around the Tysons area.

Stayed for 3 nights, it was lovely stay
