Came in for a particular shirt and at checkout manager was incredibly rude and dismissive during the interaction. I attempted to pay and he just stared at me scoffing under his breath making me feel extremely uncomfortable to the point I didn’t even purchase the shirt. I’m not sure of his name but it’s an Asian man with glasses.

ridiculous, wanted returned a top in exchange for another ONE day late and the girl working the register wouldn’t let it slide. keep in mind this top is still in stock, tag on, and no blemishes whatsoever. not to mention she didn’t even ask if i wanted to still purchase the other top and took it away! honestly horrible service if you ask me, never would’ve thought i’d have an issue here been going for months. (yk who you are :) )

Came into Hollister on the 21st of August, always love the service I get from the workers. A person helped me with fitting room and gave recommendations on what to buy. Cashier was really nice too!

Purchased my items may 18, I went to return my items on June 18 and the associate told me I could not return my items because it is past the return window.. 30 days ago from today is most definitely not passed yet. Called customer service and they said they could not help me since it was not an online order. Now I am out close to $100.

Got double charged twice. Not once, but twice. So please check your receipts on site. It’s very annoying to email them back and forth afterwords. And keep in mind, Black Friday deals aren’t as good as cyber Monday deals.

A clean store with nice staff on the floor, but manger needs to be more polished. I witness an employee being yelled at in front of the whole story a busy Sunday afternoon while I was waiting in the check out line. This is very unprofessional and distasteful. Kinda weird as well. The young gentleman that helped me while shopping was great though!

Rude cashiers, didn’t even look at me in my face during the transaction or exchange greetings with me at all, talked about her break to her coworker the entire transaction and made me wonder how she had a job to entire time. For such a short purchase and interaction you would think someone could muster a simple hello how are you, but not even that was said to me after I said it to her!!! Fire her!

Super crowded, rude staff.
Tried to return an unworn dress, with the receipt, within 30 days of purchase. They refused the return, although they acknowledged there was no damage to the dress. They were rude and disdainful, picking up the dress with their fingertips as if it were dirty. The receipt said the dress could be returned within 30 days of purchase, in original condition, which it was.
Rip-off.
If the lines are going to be too long for people to use the fitting rooms, and they refuse returns when people try it on at home, there is no benefit to pay twice as much to purchase in store. Quality is no better than Amazon. Customer service at Amazon is much better.
