Brought my 2014 Panamera in for battery replacement and engine warning light issue. I received a phone call saying my rear spoiler wasn't working and needed to be repaired even though I had literally closed it when I dropped the car off. By the way it works perfectly as it always has. I was told a 3 hour diagnostic needed to be ran on the emissions system to determine the engine warning light problem. I okayed the test only to learn afterwards that it cost me $2,700 and I was told that the problem "might" be a carbon filter, a bad gas cap or "something else". When I picked the car up my total bill was around $5K without resolution of the engine light issue. When I expressed concern about the bill the rep began to read to me line by line the cost. I told him I didn't need him to read to me, I wanted an explanation of why the bill was so expensive. He arrogantly snapped at me and said I should have asked the cost before the work was done. BTW, I replaced the gas cap myself and no longer have an engine light issue.

Enjoyed the shop, service and friendly conversations with the owner. Down a mark for the fairly high price as a new customer, and basically pathetic lounge/waiting area.

Recently had my car serviced at the Ashburn location for the major 80K service for my 2014 Porsche Cayman Base. I was quote $2K for this major service, which was expected and around the ball park as I've done this service before at another indie shop at 40K miles ($1,800 there).What was supposed to be a $2K service quickly turned out to be more expensive because they will upsell you on their insanely expensive fluid change services that I knew ahead of time wasn't necessary to do (parts and labor) @ $178.00/hour: 1.) Brake Fluid Flush: $2122.) Transmission Fluid Flush: $221.213.) Coolant Flush: $633.82I'll caveat saying that I got these regardless because the car is my daily driver and I planned to keep it for a long time, but I don't recommend coming to this place again. This is the stereotypical car shop visit where they will tell you that you have more stuff you need to replace, even if you don't need to and you can tell that if you decline some of their recommendation, they sounded disappointed as it feels like they're fishing on how much more they can tack onto your bill.Disclaimer: I was a former service advisor at a dealership before so I'm no stranger on the true cost of labor hours and the commission I received from upselling stuff, but this is predatory at worst and a rip off at best.

Did good work but they are overly expensive. There shop rate is higher than the dealership. Not sure I would bring my car back again

Very responsive and they seem to have done good work for me overall. Pricing is insanely high and was recommended to do fluid changes way before they were due. After initially agreeing for them to do work, I called back ten minutes later to put a hold, but was told it was too late fluids were already being changed. What was a recommended $800 service bill at a Porsche dealership was a recommended $12,500 bill at intersport. Porsche dealership who did my initial inspection, disagreed on most of the work they did for me calling it unnecessary.In speaking to other Porsche enthusiast who have used intersport I've heard similar complaintsand sentiments.

Please be very wary of this place. I had a very bad experience. I spoke with one of the mechanics who himself had poor opinions on this place and how they do business. I also have a friend who knows one of the mechanics well and speaks of unscrupulous practices. Please know that I rarely write reviews but my experience here has been so awful, I feel compelled to warn the public.

Stay clear of this place, Omar Hilmi is an extremely dishonest person. They'll cause more harm to your high-end automobile and you'll be further out of pocket than where you started.

I had Charlie and crew work on my Porsche 911 turbo. It was detailed work as he had to pin the cams and perform other duties while the engine was out. I could not be happier with the work performed and the communication. They are also a racing shop so I understood (and he explained) that there would be times he would be away from his shop. Nevertheless the car was repaired and now runs better than before! I won't hesitate to trust them with future service work!

The Intersport has worked on all my cars for over 25 years… everything from Porsche to Aston Martin and by far are the best quality mechanics and repair cost!

I recently brought my Porsche 911 to Intersport Performance (McLean) to have two tires mounted and have a pre-track day inspection performed. I found the staff to be both knowledgeable and helpful, and they performed the services on time. Given the simplicity of the job, there is not much to say and I will write a review when I have work performed that is more involved. The only reason I did not give them a five star rating was because the price for mounting two tires was relatively high. That being said, I knew this going into it and expected it so it was not a surprise. I will continue to bring my Porsche to Intersport based on their good reputation and my positive initial impressions.

I have been and Intersport customer for 25 years - 5 911's and a Cayenne, several of which I purchased there. Service is always great, honest and personal. I just serviced my 2011 911 Turbo and will continue to come to Intersport for many years
