I have been using this company's phone service for many years since I came to the United States. International long distance calls are much cheaper than other American companies. The customer service staff here can all speak Chinese and are very enthusiastic. They sold me many other products, such as equipment and smart cameras that can watch Chinese TV stations.

Absolutely a most horrible company in the US. This company deserves a zero star rating. I Have used the I talk BB Service over 10 years. Just fund out that in October last year when I trying to cancel my phone Service, this company changed me for the cancellation fee $105.40. Can you believe it!!I don't even wanted to mention why I have cancelled my service with this company last year. The story I experienced with I Talk BBWill make you so mad and so angry!!This is a scam . When I talked to the manager about why they have changed me 2 TV Service for several month. Because I only ordered 1 TV Service. The manager played the recording phone call conversation between me and sells staff of I talk Bb, After about 20 seconds, the manager was stopped play the recording phone call, but the manager of I talk Bb told me, the recording phone call have 2 minutes and 15 seconds long.Why he only played 20 seconds, when I required to listen the recording, Because they are liars. This is fraud!!Stay away from this company!! I hope that, people who are trying to use this company can see my review and save your money to use a different local companies .

I recently purchased Aijia security camera for my parents. It was quite easy to set up and the app is user friendly. I wanted a security system that’s user friendly to elderly while offering them a peace of mind. Aijia is also quite affordable every month, compared to ADT and has all the features my parents needed.

My wife has been using their TV and phone service for a few years now. Their products are definitely one of the better and cheaper ones on the market. The TV box is very easy to set up, and very convenient to use too. I appreciate how it keeps my in-laws entertained. On the other hand, iTalk's international calling rate are significantly lower than AT&T and Verizon, it saved me tons of $$!

It's a scam. My parents was using their tv service for a few years and recently we tried to cancel it, however we were told we needed to return a telephone box along with the television box in order to cancel the service. However, we never received a telephone box cause we never used their telephone service. They still refused to let us cancel. This company is a scam. Save yourself the time and energy and Do not use this service.

When you want to join they work hard for you. When you want to cancel, it's very hard and they try charged you extra money. It's what I, as an over 10 years customer experienced!! Very sad and disappointed!! Kindly give them 2 Stars.

I am surprised the average rating of iTalkBB is 2-star, it should be 0-star. When I tried to cancel my home phone service with them, they asked me to send back their almost 10 years phone adapter: "Your request to cancel will be completed, and your service fully terminated, as soon as we receive your iTalkBB phone adapter. If iTalkBB does not receive the return package from you within fifteen (15) days after cancellation date, a Deactivation Fee of $59.99 will apply." They never mentioned anything about this ridiculous "Deactivation Fee" when I signed up their service! It's the very first time that I have heard "Deactivation Fee" in the US. Wow....WT* Also I have to mail it to them with 15 days!!!! Does this do any help to retain your customers? or help your business in United States?? This is ridiculous period.

I have been using this company for more than 10 years. I have their home phone unlimited international plan. In general the quality of calls is good, if not great. Occasionally the linked cell phone had issues but usually were resolved quickly. However, I decided to cancel the service. Without realizing the 2 year contract expiring, I used my cell to make international calls (I got 500 mins free every month with the plan) I got unexpected charge, I called them up and they told me why without any offer to waive the extra charge. We are paying 30$ for the plan including taxes, and we don't really need a home phone and international calls are cheap nowadays. The unexpected charge happened every time a plan expired, they charged me for this and that like setting up a trap. I really hate the unexpected payment and they blamed customers not checking emails, which looks like a regular email they sent every month. I was offered a better plan when I called to cancel, but too late! If I am not a valued customer, why should I stay, with the amount I paid I can certainly have many other options. You do business with integrity, not setting traps like, you have to return the device by MAIL within 15 days, otherwise will have a 60$ charge! Learn from other companies' customer service practices!

I was contacted by iTalkBB and resolved the issue. I think they need to provide more choice and knowledge to their call agents. If they have more choice or knowledge we wouldn't have the current issue.

Very bad service. Have a lot problems with their interest. We have 3 days problem with their interest right now. Nobody answer their costume service phone.

Don't sign up with this "bad bussiness". I cancelled the service due to bad signal of the phone. However, they claimed they didn't received my returned equipment and charged me $60+ for the 10 year old equipment. UPS track clearly states that my package was received by their front desk.

I signed up iTalkBB's home phone and Chinese TV bundle plan few months ago. The quality of the TV shows is great.Although I personally don't use home phone often, but the bundle price is cheaper. The home phone allows me to connect with friends and family in China. Besides, The 24-hour customer service hotline is very convenient for us to solve problems. I highly recommend ITALKBB to others.

Whenever you cancel the TV or home phone service, they will charge you a $60 fee. Doesn't matter if you had returned their equipment via mail, having paid it yourself. Even after sending proof of tracking number showing delivery received, customer service insists that they did not receive the equipment. After multiple emails still nothing is resolved. For phone service: horrible signal, missed/dropped calls, texts received hours after being sent. Edit: after posting the review, customer service reached out and several emails later, they finally had the problem resolved. Added two stars for that. I still had hoped the process for returning equipment would be more straightforward, not stacking the burden of initiative on customers to spend so much time contacting support, all for some equipment that's inherently low in value.
