This was a very nice men’s clothing store. They had a wide selection. The staff was very attentive. Unfortunately they didn’t have shoes to fit my husband. In the beautiful Tyson’s Corner Mall.

WOW. I L❤️VE it in here…
I’ve only ever bought shoes at Clarkes in the UK and this was my first time shoe shopping in America!!! I was so frazzled but luckily this red head Griffin (?) came to my service. He was so helpful and friendly… and made shopping such a fun experience when it is usually Very Stressful.
Thank you everyone so much for your help. God bless america I love my shoes

I worked with Eric to get a new pair of casual shoes. He was incredibly helped and knowledgeable about the products. He was very easy going. I will be asking for him next time I shop here!

This store at Tysons Corner Center is ***temporarily closed due to they are remodeling the store as of 3/15/25***.
Johnston & Murphy’s shoes are comfortable dress shoes, at least that’s what my husband says. He has a few pairs and seems to gravitate toward Johnston & Murphy whenever he needs to buy dress shoes.

I just wanted to take the time to say that I had a great experience shopping at the Tyson's Corner Johnston & Murphy location the other day. I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Eric and his team of Ryan, Jina, Mark, and Chance. I called the night before I showed up to ask some questions about items I had been looking at online, and even though they are an EXTREMELY busy store, Eric was kind enough to set aside a shirt for me until I made it in the next day. Very clean / well-organized store with very professional staff, and even with them as busy as they were managing all of the other customers they had, each of the staff were still very helpful and attentive to me as I sorted through many of the fantastically designed shirts they have. In my opinion, their designs really stand out from anything else I've seen, but even the best product wouldn't be as attractive if the right team isn't behind it. I'd say without hesitation that the group at Tyson's Corner is that team. I'm very happy to have got to work with them.Thanks again Eric!

Great selection, always clean and easy to find things in such a small store. My only complaint from a customer service perspective is the management and environment- everytime my husband and I are in there, we hear the manager (loudly) telling her salespeople to help us/to start talking to customers and they’re constantly heard discussing meeting sales goals in front of customers. It’s just a little awkward and aggressive. Otherwise, a good store with good quality shoes.

Excellent Service. I bought some shirts and jackets online, and was not sure about the fit when I received it. So I took them to the store to try similar sizes. I was there for over an hour. The 3 associates: Mathew Mistry, Sylvie Rangia and Jean Delma went above and beyond in accommodating me and help me try on multiple different sizes of clothes and shoes. They made the return and exchange process seamless even though my receipt from the online purchase was misplaced by me. I end up spending an additional 200 dollars in addition to all the credits I had on a new outfit including boots.
