I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional service provided by “ Neyla Brown “ and the McLean team during my recent home-buying experience.
Neyla has been the epitome of professionalism and friendliness throughout our journey together. Her punctuality was impeccable, reminding me of clockwork, and her dedication to our search was remarkable. Over the course of 1.5 months, Neyla diligently showed us more than 10 houses, never once indicating any sign of fatigue. Her enthusiasm was infectious, and her willingness to share her insights on house designs was invaluable. Not only did she offer her expertise, but she also took the time to draw out potential improvements for us, which demonstrated her commitment to going above and beyond.
Neyla's ability to establish a strong rapport with the listing agents undeniably worked in our favor. It was a delightful surprise when she occasionally brought along amenities during house showings, adding a personal touch to the experience. Her efforts culminated in the closure of our property ahead of the planned date, which was an unexpected and pleasant outcome.
Moreover, Neyla's resourcefulness shone through as she connected us with a stellar lender, reputable furniture retailers, and skilled handymen. The network of professionals she introduced us to played a significant role in the seamless transition into our new home.

This company shouldn’t be allowed to practice with the way they do their business.\\n\\nThis company is shady and then some. After finally finding a home, We finally got an offer accepted, agreed too, and signed by clients of Audrey Shay. They were hesitant as I am active duty military and didn’t understand the terms of a VA loan. After the sellers came to an agreement with the offer terms and signing everything after originally not signing the VA contingency. We solidified our contract with our signature for it to be ratified. Officially being under contract with us, they received an offer that was higher than ours and accepted it. completely breaching our contract as stated by the northern Virginia realtor association. So not only do they not do business in accordance to board standards, they also allow discrimination against veterans and active duty military members who have earned their right to use a VA loan.

Why isn’t there a ZERO star option?This company is shady and then some. After finally finding a home, We finally got an offer accepted, agreed too, and signed by clients of Audrey Shay. They were hesitant as my husband is active duty military and didn’t understand the terms of a VA loan. They mentioned the VA loan and financing SOOOO many times. After the sellers came to an agreement with the offer terms and signing everything after originally not signing the VA contingency. We solidified our contract with our signature for it to be ratified. Officially being under contract with us, they received an offer that was higher than ours and accepted it. completely breaching our contract as stated by the northern Virginia realtor association. So not only do they not do business in accordance to board standards, they also discriminate against veterans and active duty military members who have earned their right to use a VA loan. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY OR AUDREY SHAY TO ANYONE. THE BROKERS TO DO NOT PUT PRESSURE ON THEIR REAL ESTATE AGENTS TO FOLLOW RULES.

Don't use Audrey Shay or Nina Francis as your realtor. They're both extremely unprofessional and don't respond or communicate well. I also had the same problem speaking with the Managing Broker Patrick Page. He was very difficult to communicate with as well.

Very poor experience with Karen Briscoe. Karen represented a high profile, out-of-town Seller and spent the Seller's money on repairs without checking to see if items were completed (which they were not), wasting the Seller's money, creating a terrible closing experience and placing the Seller in default of the contract. Karen did not offer to make things right (even though she was getting paid on both sides), and took no responsibility. If you are considering Selling or Buying Karen cannot be trusted with your money.

We had the displeasure of working with Chau Onay on a property we were selling. The agent clearly has zero experience in real estate and completely wasted our time. We met every one of her outrageous demands. She continuously made the selling process a nightmare and has no professionalism whatsoever. She attempted to engage in conversation with us during an inspection that we or my agent had any clue that she was going to be present. Upon reviewing her real estate bio it showed that she has 0 sales in her career and we just found out why. I highly suggest you run in the other direction if this woman contacts you or has a client put in an offer. Trust me, you’ll be wasting your time. Keller Williams, I seriously hope you reevaluate your team and make some adjustments because she does not bode well for your brand.
