Avoid this place like plague! These people are so greedy! My watch band was loose so I went there to have it adjusted. The old man told me it would cost $250 dollars. I thought I heard it wrong. $250 for 10 minutes work? No way! So I went to Cartier store on second floor and they did it within 5 minutes and free of charge.

We originally went to Gucci to buy a watch but needed some links taken out. Gucci has an account with Khoury so we walked up to get my fiancé's watch resized. While we waited, we started browsing and ended up checking out some wedding bands for him. I didnt catch the name of the lady who helped us out but she was great! We were super indecisive about what we liked but she was patient through it all and in the end we ended up finding his wedding band! The transaction was super easy and his band was ready in two and a half weeks. We went back and picked it up with ease!

3/21/21 Jewelry from New York. Turns out a lot of the stuff sold here in the display is not the real thing. In order to keep their insurance from spiking to unimaginable heights, imitation peices are replace the real mccoys. The butterfly brooch was nice. Is it worth nearly five grand, probably not, but I do appreciate the fine work and attention to detail. I do wonder how much of this stuff get sold on a weekly basis? The mall was the busiest I have ever seen for a high end mall, so there were a number of people coming and going out of this store. I failed to find some I wanted, but the artwork was nice.

I went in looking for diamond studs and the lady greeted me asking if she could help. I explained why I was there and she asked if I had any sizes in mind. I told her I don't and wanted to see which would fit better on my ears. She asks me to walk towards a specific counter and then instead of pulling out the merchandise, She shows me a photo on her phone as an option but when I asked her to show me what she had In store her response was "oh they are very small". I told her that's fine I just wanted to compare to what I was wearing and she again said "oh what I have is quite small and you can leave your number and Mr. Khoury can call you to discuss further". I asked again to see what she has and she gave me this speech on how they don't keep diamonds in store, something about insurance being high and that's why they r on the top floor away from crowds. I couldn't believe she let a prospective customer walk out and refused to show me what she had in store! So much for (lack of) customer service. Definitely not going back! I'm getting a more professional experience with another jeweler.

E***** Khoury & Khoury Bros. Engaged with my company, Jeweler Social, on the basis of providing web design & development services, among other marketing services for their jewelry store. We started this project end of June after getting the run around for 6 months & continuously pushing back start dates. After finally establishing a timeline, & after much hassle receiving a deposit to begin work, I had my team begin the process of designing & developing their new website. This past Friday, July 19th, I received a notice that E***** Khoury & Khoury Bros. had filed a fraudulent dispute with their bank for the deposit they had paid us to retain our services & begin work. Typically, we require a 100% total cost deposit upon beginning, but were willing to work with them. We were barely 3 weeks into the project when they disputed the money they had already paid, leaving us out over $2,000, on top of hours of work we had already completed. We tried contacting them multiple times & didn’t hear back for days until we mentioned taking legal action- it was then that the lies started pouring out. They claimed to have contacted us multiple times, yet nobody from our company had heard a word from them since we started the project. This is normal, since we don't usually require client input throughout the project management stage. We've turned down other projects to take this one, & let them know beforehand that although we already had a full schedule on our calendar, we could be accommodating since we believed we could be a major benefit to them, & vice versa. We should have seen this coming from the beginning, but put too much trust in them to fulfill their end of the deal. As of writing this, we are completely out of the deposit they paid, as well as our time, energy, & money already put into the project. I highly recommend shopping around for other jewelers. If they are willing to engage in fraud with their marketing agency, I can only imagine what kind of fraud they may be engaging in with their customers. Personally, I can take the fall, as I always take care of my team. I just hope they can live with screwing over the families of the people who worked on the project.... Read More

These guys hired us to build out a new website for them. They committed fraud & disputed the payment they sent us for the site. We're now in the process of taking them to court for the money they stole from us.

My fiancé and I started looking for engagement rings, he wanted to see what I liked. I found a nice ring on line, but didn't want to purchase on line. I started to look locally. One shop had a nice ring, that ring I considered, but still wanted to keep looking. I went to the Tyson's area. I went to several jewelry stores, but was disappointed with the selection.

Went looking for a wedding ring for my wife. We found Khoury Brothers and after meeting with them were elated with the quality of their customer service. Nancy and Fouad spent a great deal of time with us and taught us about jewelry-making, the diamond industry, and what things we should look for when shopping around. After that first visit, I still wanted to look at some other stores. Went to a number of other stores in the Tysons area, but nobody even came close to making us feel like valued customers the way Khoury Brothers did. We could definitely tell that they love what they do, and it shows in the quality of their service and work. Helpful, honest, and true craftsmen. Thank you so much for putting a beautiful ring on my wife's finger and a smile on her face.

I went to Khoury Brothers to buy an engagement ring. The owner helped me himself and took his time to help me buy the right one. I never felt rushed or steered to something I did not want. The experience was so pleasant that I ended up buying my wedding bands from them also. This jeweler has one of a kind pieces that are works of art. If you want something unique this is the place to shop.

I have made several purchases at Khoury Brothers. The quality and craftsmanship of their jewelry is magnificent! Each piece is unique. The service is spectacular! For every piece I have purchased the owner will take the time to meet with me and help me choose the perfect piece for the occasion. I would not purchase high end jewelry at any other place.

I bought a watch for my wife that fogged up when she wore it in the shower or got it wet (supposed to be resistant up to 3 bars). This store would not warranty the watch for me, rather just insisted my wife shouldn't wear it in the shower. I would not recommend this store, there are many other credible stores in the area.

In response to Kitty K. Of Khoury Bros Fine Jewelers: Unfortunately, your comment is not true. I was never made aware of your return policy otherwise I wouldn't have had it sized in the time frame that I did. That's not what happened at all. I only found out about it the next day when I called you asking if I could bring it back because I had not even taken it out of its box yet. It's not good business and I hope others read this and think twice before making a purchase from your establishment.

I purchased an engagement ring and wedding bands for my wife and I from Khoury Bros in 2011. After checking online to see if Khoury Bros was still at the Tyson's location I noticed some bad reviews and would like to share my positive experience. Overall my experience was great. In short, Khouru Bros earned every bit of my business. I came in a 25 yo male dressed in casual clothing and was treated nicely. Fazken, the sales associate, showed me a number of rings, and we talked for a while about how the diamonds are cut and rings are made by Khoury Bros. I gave him a budget of $10k max total for all 3 rings and ended up buying Koury's pre-cut loose diamonds and all custom palladium bands that were designed in my mind and drafted by Fazken in front of me until I was happy. I did not have to put any money down until the order was actually commissioned. The process took several weeks to complete the fashioning of the bands, but they called me every week to update me of the progress. They also provided progress updates every time I called to check in and with a smile. After the engagement, my wife enjoyed the process of also becoming involved with her wedding band design moving forward. A customer on a relatively limited budget, I could not afford most of what was behind the glass case at Khoury Bros. I get it, not crying poor with a $10k budget either, but the engagement ring I purchased was possibly less than any other ring they had in the case at the time, and the final product was comparable in appearance to much more expensive rings that Khoury sold. I felt that Fazken helped us find an excellent value and outstanding final product with which my wife and I were very satisfied. Being able to compare rings of friends and family from other jewelers over the years, I wouldn't have done it any differently now 6 years later. It's also a lot more fun and interesting a process than ordering jewelry online!
