Over the weekend we went to the LensCrafters at Tysons Corner Mall. We had the pleasure of working with Makan, employee number, 516530. We had such a wonderful experience with him, as he took his time to repair a pair of glasses and help us order a new pair. Never once did he rush us or appear annoyed to do a repair. We had taken these same glasses to a different location, and never once were we offered to repair the glasses. If you need someone to purchase from, I would definitely recommend Makan.

I had a great experience at LensCrafters thanks to Makan. He was very nice, patient, and took the time to help me fix my glasses and get new lenses quickly. The whole process was affordable, efficient, and stress free. He really listened to me and was helpful every step of the way. I highly recommend asking for Makan if you need assistance!

I came to LensCrafters today to repair my Tiffany sunglasses. Makan was awesome. Not only fixed my sunglasses so that I had them in time for my trip to Sicily on Saturday but he fixed them permanently so the screws won’t ever come out again. He was extraordinarily friendly, helpful, and solved my problem very quickly. I’m coming back after my trip to get my backup prescription sunglasses which I also lost within days of this pair breaking. Highly recommend Makan and Lenacrafters.

** Based on the response below, it's obvious they don't read their reviews ** I would like to recognize the quick thinking and calm response of the assistant manager, Dayvon Henry, during a scary event at the Tysons Corner mall today. Apparently, a YouTube influencer decided he would just show up at the Tysons Corner mall. When he did, he caused a scene much like what someone might expect during an active shooter situation (people running in all directions and screaming.) Everyone in the store believed that is what was happening as it's happend there before. Without any panic or hesitation, Dayvon ran to the front of the store to put the gate down and secure it and instructed the other employees to move us into the back rooms of the store. Luckily, it wasn't a shooting, but the calm and professional response from Dayvon made us very comfortable that we were safe no matter what craziness was going on out in the mall. Thank you, Dayvon. (BTW, It probably would make sense to have a gate that could be electronically lowered from further back in the store so that an employee, in an emergcnecy situation, didn't have to put their life in danger to run to the front of the store.) Oh, and when everything was back to normal, Dayvon finished fitting our glasses and wished us a great evening.

The eye exam Dr does not take UHC vision be aware, even though they are using the lenscrafts website for booking, but they have a separate insurance policy and they won’t tell you until you are there in person.
