I have dealt with Hafsa on a number of occasions and she has always been extremely friendly, helpful, and very professional, and I made it a point to buy my most recent watch from her because of this. At some watch and jewelry stores the sales staff can be a little off putting, but not at Lilijenquist & Beckstead where I always feel comfortable, even if just browsing.

Briefly stopped in to have my watch resized. The sales representative was more than happy to help even though I was not purchasing anything. He resized my watch and set the date and time. Absolute stellar customer service! I will honestly likely get my next watch here because of this very positive interaction.
