I visited the store on the morning of June 27 to exchange a few items for the correct size and purchase others. Unfortunately, my experience at the register was very disappointing. The manager on duty, Adriana, was visibly unkind and dismissive toward the staff—even in front of customers. It was uncomfortable to watch, and it created an unprofessional atmosphere.
What’s more surprising is that she appeared unsure of how to properly complete basic register functions and made multiple errors during my transaction. It’s concerning that a store manager seems less knowledgeable than the sales associates assisting her. The associates were much more helpful and professional overall.
Management should lead by example, and this visit didn’t reflect that at all.

Love the new location, and they have a great selection! Mara is amazing- she helped me with a refund mistake (my own mistake) and made it so seamless and easy, she was so helpful and made my day! Thank you again Mara!

Extremely disappointing experience with EBS Builders on the Loft and Ann Taylor projects. I completed the work as agreed, but they never paid me. Despite multiple follow-ups, I was ignored and left without payment for completed work. Tony Bonaduce and Melissa Canneto were involved and failed to resolve the issue.
Subcontractors and vendors—be very cautious. If you work with EBS, make sure you’re fully protected upfront. I wouldn’t recommend doing business with them based on how I was treated.

I went there on May 6, 2025 in the evening. Girls working there should not be near any customer service type of jobs. Unfriendly, rude, stern. Every question /inquiry was met with annoyance and no willingness to help or answer. Will try to avoid that place and Ann Taylor Loft in general. Their sizing is off the usual US sizing, and inflexible and restrictive return policies make it difficult to shop with them.

When I walked in no one greeted . No hello nothing. I went to try on few pieces of clothes and realized I grabbed the wrong size I saw there was a sales associate nearby asked her for help and she tried to act like she didn't want to be bothered. When I asked for help she was just like you can order online. I'VE been a loft customer for 10 years and never experienced this weird customer service. No one was friendly No one smile... it was just weird.

I was trying to return an item that was delivered. I followed the steps online to return the item at the store. The manager refused to accept the return, he refused to look at the email from Loft, and he refused to look at the return slip provided by Loft. If this was my first experience with Loft, this store would turn off the brand because they refuse to follow their own return policy.The reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because the employees are very helpful and customer service was very helpful resolving the issue and helping me file a complaint.

I just walked out of the store 5pm (12/23rd/2023) ; highly disappointed; I did my shopping and at the cashier; named Elizabeth being was very rude and unprofessional; these are the days for all gift purchases and I was simply asking for a extra bag since there were separate gifts I"ve purchased; in very rude manner she declined and humiliated me in front of the other customers; please put more customer oriented , dedicated staff at the front line; if the company maintain policy as one bag per customer there is a more polite manner to explain than being rude like that. This is so far the worst customer service I have even seen in shopping in all retail stores in Tyson's Corner mall;The store have beautiful pieces s of cloths; please don't let customers think twice to make decisions to step in to store agin over bad customer service.

I am always grateful for the help I get when I'm shopping at this location! It's great to be able to run in and get what I need quickly without having to wait for someone to assist me! I love Loft/Ann Taylor companies but the service at this location stinks- and no, it’s been like this since before COVID so can’t say it’s staffing shortages. Poor attitudes from staff toward me and other shoppers for no reason. Definitely will not shop here again.
