My daughter and I always come here and walk around and look for a bath bomb she will enjoy. It’s always a fun experience and the staff is genuinely nice and make it worth coming back. Thank you guys!

The customer service is amazing and welcoming I love the scrubee and open to any products from Lush to try the associates at Lush are very helpful and I’m open to trying other products I love scrubee so much I try and get there when I can before it gets sold out.

Friendly and well stocked place, kindly gave us free samples, recommended products for my skin and hair type, and searched for unusual scents I wanted. Lili took care of us and we had a great time!

We had such an amazing experience at the Lush in Tysons! Michelle and Brent were incredible — they introduced my husband to his very first bath bomb, walked him through all the products, and made the entire visit so fun and memorable. It was his first time in the store, and now he’s absolutely obsessed!
They also took the time to share how impactful and ethical Lush is as a company, which made us even happier to shop here. We picked up a few things, and the team was kind enough to offer samples too. Everyone we interacted with was so warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful.
Huge thanks to Michelle and Brent — we’ll definitely be back! 🌿🛁

I accidentally found out recently that this location does birthday parties. It was perfect timing and we held my daughter’s party here. I don’t usually write reviews, but the amazing experience here compelled me to give a huge shoutout to Irene and Stella who managed the birthday party for us. The energy, care, love and attention (not to mention patience) provided were unparalleled. I will be recommending this to all my fellow moms. I recommend the store allow for online booking of these events. Everything else was smooth sailing.

This store is INCREDIBLE. There are so many products to choose from, they have an amazing Archive Wall of previously discontinued products, and the staff are exceptional. Major kudos to Jeff who made our visit this evening the best ever! He was an absolute DOLL. He provided top notch customer service, helped us find everything, talked to us about our beloved products and made great recommendations, and was so kind and friendly. As a long-time Lushie who has visited this store many times, I can say that Jeff made this visit my favorite!

I recently bought the “curl cream” that also came with a liquid for hair shine, but honestly it was the opposite of what the bottle promised. The smell was so strong it actually burned my nose the first time I tried it. On top of that, the curl cream didn’t really do anything noticeable for my hair. Definitely recommend checking carefully before buying this product.

The store is wide and big. There are so many products! I bought a bath balm + shampoo
that I always use,
and I also received a service product.
I visited yesterday and the staff was very kind
and I felt good because they took care of the service products when I paid.
(I didn't receive the service product at the Fair Oaks Mall store)
