I always liked Macy's at any giving day.i am a Macy's customer for about 40 years.fantastic lines of clothing,especially their T shirts.Macy's kitchen supplies are excellent,from toasters to blenders,to microwaves.

I had the worst experience at this location today in the mens department! i shop here all the time and never had i had anyone especially a manager raise their voice at me. I understand they could not find the item i wanted to return in the system. Although they did before. However to raise your voice at me for not being able to find an item/make an exception, especially after me being very polite is out of hand and it definitely impacted my good experience here in a very negative way. I am not going to be shopping here at this location anymore, and will let my colleagues and friends who love it here know as well. Absolutely TERRIBLE choice for a manager and HORRIBLE influence on the employees under her. Never in my own 10+ years of customer service have I EVER personally raised my voice at a customer. Even if what they were asking was impossible to accomplish.

Plus size clothes are located on a separate floor from all the women's clothes. You have to go past the bed and curtains departments. I guess they figure the fat gals can wear a bedspread. There were no attendants in the plus section and the changing room was a disaster. A completely different experience when I was downstairs in the "normal" women's department trying things on.

Good selection of brands and cheaper than a comparable Nordstrom or Bloomingdale’s equivalent outfit. Good sales are constantly taking place.
