Working with Ray was a very pleasant experience. His calm demeanor and experienced judgement and explanations are a comfort to any customer. The issue that brought us in was an AirBag failure light potentially costing thousands to repair. The problem was the seatbelt receiver contacts needed cleaning. Many auto repair businesses may have used this an opportunity to replace a lot of unneeded items. But not at Craftsman McLean. In our experience honesty and integrity characterize this business.

I believe I can finally trust an auto repair shop again. They gave me the straight truth good/bad. They didn't patronize me & they didn't red flag my car's issues and try to upcharge their services/parts/labor. They gave me yellow flags instead and told me that safety was first and don't put down huge money on repairs yet since it's an older car. I appreciate the honesty. The customers who brought their cars in seemed like repeat customers & trust their cars with Matt Curry's! I got goof vibes from Ray & staff at the McLean location. I will be a repeat customer from now on. Thank you!
