After years of use and recommendations to my clients to use them, I will never be going back. They ruined my white linen shorts, refused to reimburse me for them, and then the owner came out and started berating me and yelling at me and saying that it was my fault that they messed up the shorts. It was an absolutely horrific experience, and I have never in my life been talked to or treated that way.
They will ruin your clothes, refuse to take accountability, and charge you an arm and a leg. STAY FAR AWAY!!!!

Six tablecloths pressed for $180! I am going to chalk this experience up to naivete on my part, because I should have asked what McLean Cleaners charged to press a table cloth, but in a million years, I could not have imagined $30 per tablecloth. Hard lesson learned. The receipt that they gave me at drop off had $0 on it. While I did not expect to be charged $0 to press 6 tables cloths, $180 is beyond the pale. I won't be using them again and recommend that you think twice before you do. This is bad business and, quite frankly, shameful.

After 5 years of being a customer here along with my family, we won’t be going back. One day, after picking up a pair of silk dress pants from McLean Cleaners, I went to put on the pants and noticed the pant hook was damaged and could not be worn. It seemed to be warped from heat and was sunken into the fabric. There were also tears and pilling on the fabric around the hook. We brought it back in and said it appeared to be damaged, and asked if it could be repaired—immediately, the attendant disputed this and negated any damage done on their part. After some back and forth, she agreed to fix it. We were simply pointing out that it was damaged after undergoing cleaning and needed repair, and she did not hesitate to come out strongly. Upon picking it up, the price for mending was $32–no price was agreed upon or discussed beforehand. I think it’s important for a business to acknowledge mistakes and appreciate customer loyalty, but apparently, not to a business like McLean Cleaners. This experience left a bad impression overall. They took advantage of us. I think it’s important for potential customers to bear in mind that being a longtime customer doesn’t mean anything and you could receive a combative reaction from customer service.

No other cleaner said it would be possible but McLean Cleaners got terrible stains out of my wedding dress from 30 years ago so my daughter could use it. It looked brand new!

I brought my wedding dress to be cleaned and preserved here. They did a great job getting every last stain out, including dirt from the bottom of my skirt, and I was very happy with the communication. They had me check my dress’s cleanliness before starting the preservation process, and held my dress for me once the preservation was completed because we were out of town. Everyone was so kind and helpful, and I am very very happy with the state of my dress.

Brought them four sets of my Fathers WWII uniforms that were over 80 years old and had been siting in a suitcase in the attic for over 70?yrs. MC cleaned everything expertly with no damage. Outstanding service. The only place I would trust with antique/vintage/delicate or unique items.

I was a customer here for several months and was not impressed with the quality of their work. I had several shirts in just a few months come back with new stains, tears, or missing buttons. Prices are comparable to other shops in the area that I've found do a better job.Services: Drapes & curtain cleaning
