I’d been trying to arrange a cheese and wine birthday basket for our daughter and was lucky to have Jon help me. He made great suggestions for items I wouldn’t have considered and made the present special. Their wine and cheese selections are broad and everyone who works there is always helpful and nice to work with. Great place to get advice on wine and cheese selections!

The nicest owner John helped us
pick wine, was extremely patient and kind to our son, offered us some aged cheddar… overall the best experience on top of great wine selection at awesome prices. Thank you ❤️

What can I say? An amazing experience! We walked in looking for a Scaia. Unfortunately they had none at that location but John immediately sought it out for us at his other location in Great Falls. While we waited for him to confirm whether it was in stock or not we had a small tasting session that included a sheep’s milk cheese and a cows milk cheese. Both delicious! We ended up walking out with 2 new bottles of wine to try and are headed to the Great Falls location for our Scaia! John was so incredibly personable and made it his mission to satisfy us as customers. We are certainly forever customers now! Thank you John for a personable experience!

Been going there five years now, and find it so comfortable, cozy and full of truly fascinating wines. Only place I can find this delisch Garnacha from Spain and others like it! John's personal touch shows, and sets it apart. If only they baked fresh baguettes!!

I called this wine store to see if they had some particular wines in stock, and while they didn’t have what I needed, the person I spoke with on the phone was extremely helpful, kind, and knowledgable in helping me find other vendors in the area who might have what I’m looking for
Overall wonderful customer service. Would definitely recommend coming here for your wine needs

I may have found my wine and cheese place.
John and Dani there are super knowledgeable - something I didn't expect stepping in. They let me sample some of the most amazing cheeses and even sample some wine. It's amazing to see their passion for the finer things in life while being so down to earth and helpful.
They packaged and labeled each cheese individually and described the overwhelming differences between the champagnes.
I got a great bottle of champagne there for a good price. Needless to say, I'll be back soon.

Awesome app that you can order wine from, the prices alone are worth coming here though!
Staff is so sweet and helpful and whether it's on the app or in store they're extremely helpful and can even assist with pairings.
I'm quite literally obsessed with the app though.
I love a wine/cheese shop and will continue to be a customer here!

I first posted a positive review years ago. This shop continues to be my go-to wine shop for service, value, and great wines. Jon is knowledgeable, helpful, and personable. This wine shop is a great asset to the neighborhood.

I was working in the area and found this place because of Groupon. And I'm very thankful I did because I had an absolutely lovely experience here. The older gentleman who runs the store, John I believe his name is, is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He guided me in the right direction for some charcuterie meats and cheeses and let me sample a bunch to see what I liked. When I came home and told my girlfriend about my experience, she decided we would go back together. So she got the same Groupon and we went a few days later. This time John had two younger gentlemen working with him who prepared an assortment of wines, meats, and cheeses for us to try. The experience was outstanding and all of the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. I also cannot stress enough that this place has an unbelievable ratio of quality to price. The products are incredibly good for an unreasonably low price. I will absolutely make coming back a #1 priority when I return to the area. Please go here and buy some stuff, they deserve the money and you deserve the experience.

My family and I love the wine outlet in McLean, John is always so helpful and friendly with great recommendations for both cheese and wine! The cheese selection here is just enough. Can get everything you need before running to a party or get together of any caliber have crackers, tapenades, etc.

Great service with a local touch. Jon and Derrick have been so helpful getting what I need and even recommending vendors to help with a needed repair to our wine cellar AC unit. Friendly, small-town service with big-city stock, what else could you ask for? (OK, maybe parking Lol)
