Rahel was very thorough checking me over, as I came in with covid symptoms. She was cautious to check medications to make sure there would not be any interaction with Paxlovid. I got a very thorough write up upon leaving. To my surprise a few days later I even got a call checking up to see how I was doing. It doesn't seem any place does that anymore and I was actually shocked. Thank you Rahel for the good care!

I've been dealing with them and my insurance company over two months because they sent the claim to a wrong billing address.

Waited over an hour for scheduled appointment, left without being seen. After waiting 45 min the provider came out to walk her other client to the restroom andMade no effort to apologize, acknowledge the delay or approximate how much long it would be. Horrible customer service.

Drove 30 mins because this MinuteClinic got the best reviews. When I got there the provider said the bathrooms were down so she couldn’t treat me. No other options were given. This place is absolutely unreliable.

My first time visiting MinuteClinic. Unfortunately, Rahel, the nurse practitioner, is an extremely unpleasant person. She definitely hates her job. Terrible disposition and sounds super annoyed (for no apparent reason). She was like this from the moment we walked in. She barked unintelligible questions and orders at him (neither of us could hear her well because she’s wearing double masks and has a quiet voice and then gets annoyed if he couldn’t hear her or did whatever she asked incorrectly. Very off-putting and definitely won’t return. I do not recommend her.

The Nurse Practitioner at the McLean MC may have saved my life. I had a history of UTIs and had had one about a month before I went in for a repeat urine test. I still had blood in my urine but no infection. She told me I needed to see a urologist or gynecologist. I saw both and gyn discovered something was not normal and it wasn't. I had early stage ovarian cancer. I'm not sure we would have caught this potentially deadly cancer if the NP hadn't pressed me to get to the bottom of the issue.

The nurse practitioner never showed up. People were sitting there with appointments and the online system still showed appointments available online. So unprofessional and an absolute waste of time.

I made an appointment for 10:40am this Saturday. I struggled to get to my appointment. When I arrived the Minute Clinic was closed. A clerk apologized and said the nurse did not show up,

Terrible service from provider. Came to simply get vaccinations, wait time was long so I scheduled An appointment for later in the day. I came back for my appointment and they claimed that the computer system was not accepting my insurance. The provider not once called my insurance or her help line, only to find out if she called her help line they would’ve walked her through how to correctly enter my insurance. She told me she just “doesn’t have that time today”. I had waited for over an hour after my scheduled appointment time. This is to the only provider that worked on 10/21 at 3pm - Very poor patient care.

Very poor unorganized service ! This is only last Eight months. After a back Surgery I got to use several medications for high blood pressure and other medications for thyroid Acid reflux cholesterol and several vitamins and minerals. My blood pressure after the operation was hard to control so the doctor started to change the dose into higher or lower with the three high blood pressure medications. as well I am diabetic and found myself have to monitor my chlucose more than once per day. the Employees at CVS, McLean VA got confused and every time I need new dose they relate it to previous dose as refill means the new prescription is ignored or they count how many tablets left in old prescription and add it to new prescription ... etc due to their wrong reporting to insurance company every medication refill is delayed or . Every time I have a new medication they question it. Today I have to wait more than hour for them to explain right to insurance. Every generic medication is now priced at $30 from me. Brand medications has doubled in price while our President is trying to reduce medication prices.

This pharmacy is going from bad with horrible wait times etc to dangerous. Twice this week my daughter was given a wrong prescription no apology just more wait time. My daughter has now been off critical medication for several days due to the incompetence of this store. Avoid at all costs.
